Weight Loss Shocker

Click here to watch today's video. Do you think Matthew McConaughey's weight loss is too extreme? Why or why not? Would you put your body at risk for a Hollywood role if you had the opportunity? Do you think Hollywood stars who go through extreme measures for roles are more likely to win awards?

I do think his weight loss was way too extreme, but I guess that was apart of his job. I would have not did that to my body even if it was apart of my job. He looks like he's sick. Any Hollywood star would do that for thier job.

It looks like hes a cancer patient! if i didnt know he was doing it for a role, id think he would be dying. Since im kinda big, i wouldnt mind losing a couple pounds, but nothing too extreme. Its not what they do to get into the role, its how they play it in they movie. a hunky electrician? as long as he keeps his shirt on (sounds impossibly tempting to argue, i know.) then he should be ok.

No it's not to extreme . Thirty pounds isn't that bad. Yeah I would risk my self. He's making millions of dollars to do. They sometimes do go through extreme things but in the end to them its worth it.

I think he went a little too extreme. He shouldn't lose 30 pounds just for a role in a movie. I wouldn't lose weight for a movie. I would just find another one to play in.

I think Matthew McConaughey's weight loss is a little too extreme. His health could definitely suffer from him trying to lose weight for this movie. I probably wouldn't put my body at risk for a Hollywood role if I had the opportunity. I wouldn't put my body through all that just for a role in a movie. I do think they are more likely to win awards because they put everything on the line for that role and took it very seriously.

I love Matthew McConaughey, but I sure don't love his new weight loss look. In some ways I think it's a little too extreme, but I understand his purposes and why he has to lose weight to play his role. I'm not sure if I would put my body at risk for an Hollywood opportunity. I wouldn't take that risk of get that skinny and messing up my body imagine because of a Hollywood roll, but then again the money would be nice(: . I don't think Stars go too extreme I understand they are actors and are very passionate about the roles they take on.

Personally, I could see where it's too extreme and also I can see where it's not. I would never put my body at risk even if it was for my job. I don't think Hollywood stars who go through extreme measures for role are more likely to win awards. Awards are given to those who play their role best.
