I do not shop on black Friday. Some crazy stuff happens on black Friday. The craziest thing iv'e heard about on black Friday is a woman pepper spraying people for a certain item in a store.
I agree with the protesters, even though they wanted to work there, and they should have expected it. I went shopping last black friday and it was brutal!!! i hated it it, even tho the deals were great. I got man handled (and possibly fondeled, but i aint complaining.) to the point where i physicly fought back. The craziest black friday story i heard about was some crazy lady macing other shoppers.
If you work at a retail store more than likely you will have to work longer hours on black Friday. I don't think it's that big of deal. Yes I've I been black Friday shopping and I generally do. The craziest thing I have seen so far is a line for waiting outside the coach store in the Williamsburg outlets . It was a three hour wait just to get inside. But it's worth it when you get a $150 coach bag instead of a $3-4 hundred one. -Kirsten
Target should just wait until Friday morning to open there stores. I have never shopped on black friday but I'm going this year. The most craziest black friday event I have heard about was when this man killed someone over an item. I can't remember what the item was but it was very stupid. - Jarvis
I agree with the girl from Target. She has a very valid point on wanting to be home with her family. I do not shop on Black Friday, but I work Friday so I do not have a choice. I heard that people get trampled on Black Friday. Katherine
In my opinion I'm all about family togetherness during the holidays. I like Black Friday better than Black Thursday. When I was much younger I went shopping with my grandma on Black Friday and it was just to overwhelming and hectic. The craziest thing I've ever seen was when a hole bunch of elderly ladies got trampled on at the mall during Black Friday. -Dixie Gibson
Personally, I think that Black Friday is starting to get very dangerous, but it is tradition and I don't think it should be changed. I think it should begin after midnight Thursday. I don't ever remember participating in shopping on Black Friday. I just don't like shopping or crowds that much, so I prefer to stay home. I heard about a woman who died because she got trampled by the crowd standing outside of a store.
I agree with the woman at Target, these employees should be able to spend time with their family for the holidays. Personally, due to my nephew, my bother-in-law is a security guard at Target and the odds of him working are very big. This will be his sons first Thanksgiving; he deserves to spend it with him, memories last forever. I have never shopped on Black Friday I barely shop at all. I am not sure whether I will go this year or not. The craziest thing I have ever heard to happen would probably be a woman being trampled to death.

People are lazy.I shop on black friday. But its more money in your pocket stop complaining.
