99 balloons

I show this video every semester because it had such an impact on me the first time I watched it. I realized this morning that your class had not yet blogged on this video. Trust me, this video is sad, but it's worth seeing!!!

Have you ever seen 99 Balloons? If not, what did you think of the video? If so, was it easier watching it again? What can you learn from Eliot's parents?

I have not seen 99 Balloons. I think the video was very touching. I learned that Eliot's parents are very supportive and they accept what has happened and they don't give up.

I have seen 99 Ballons before. It was easier to watch this again. I learned that Elliot's parents loved their baby. They cared for their baby very much.

No, I have not seen 99 Balloons before. I thought this video was very touching and emotional. I learned that you should never give up hope and fight for what you want. Just because someone says one thing doesn't mean it is correct.

No I haven't seen 99 Balloons. Its sad that a baby like that had to die so young but he he fought to live those 99 days. Eliot's parents did everything they could to help him. They cherished everyday that they were with him.

Yes, I have seen Balloons. The first time I watched it I got a little teary eyed. It's not easier watching it again, it is really sad that a baby has to go through that. But, on the other hand he was blessed to have had strong parents who cherished every moment. Eliot's parents are very strong people.

I have not seen 99 balloons, but I loved it. I appreciate parents that are willing to take care and still love a child whether it be there own or not, instead of giving it up. You can learn about hope and never giving up from Eliot's parents.

I’ve never seen 99 Balloons, until now. I think it is such a powerful video. Elliot’s parents were so strong and were blessed every single day that he was alive. They cherished him and everyday that he was alive. It’s amazing how some people can be so optimistic when they’re going through such hard times. This video is moving and I hope Elliot’s family stays strong and are blessed with another child.
