i thank that Warner's potty policy is a good thing kids can not just thank that they can go to the potty. i thank that is appropriate because they are there to learn not go to the bathroom.

I think this is ridiculous, She is expecting to much, I mean these children need to use the bathroom when they need to use the bathroom, they should be allowed 2 breaks a day. Disagree to most.

I think Warner’s potty policy is ridiculous. Kids use the bathroom more than three times a week and it is wrong for her to only allow them a certain number of trips to the bathroom. I don’t think it is appropriate and I think that if she actually believes that those children would obey her rules then she is expecting too much. Most of the comments were against her policy, which is what I agree with. I understand her point that the kids’ frequent bathroom trips were disturbing class, but it is wrong for her to limit their bathroom trips to three times a week.

Why would she have rules about going to the restroom. I don't think it is appropriate I think she is expecting too much. There were some comments I agreed with and disagreed with.

I think that its messed up. I dont think its inappropriate. Why would children need rules and expectations just to use the restroom? Yes, i agreed with Catsclaw81.

I think the policy is ridiculous. She is asking way to much. I agree with the comment by Ruken. If I had to use the restroom and she wouldn't let me I would probably just get up and go.

I like the comment by Ruken. If i had to use the bathroom, I'd respect the teacher and while she was talking I'd wait till she was finished. However, 3 breaks a week, is crazy. The teacher went a little overboard with that one.

I think it is very stupid. I think she is expecting too much because little kids always have to go to the bathroom.

I find this reasonable, but then again I don’t. They don’t mention in the article that the children are granted three bathroom breaks throughout the day. It’s not like middle/ high school where you can drink in class at anytime so they shouldn’t be leaving class an extra time every single day to use the bathroom. Maybe they should be taken to the doctor. Like some of the parents said, it is a call for attention and disruption to the rest of the class. It is teaching them responsibility to go when recommended and that you can be awarded for listening. Taking away time at recess or not letting them go during nap time is kind of pushing it. If a kid has to go and appears to be serious, there is no harm in letting them use the bathroom. Kids are going to act out, it’s in their nature. But you can’t limit many kids for one kids actions.

This is so stupid. She is expecting way too much. When you gotta go, you gotta go and you cant control that. They should ban this teacher of doing this. I mean what if you have a problem or something like that. Im very disappointed.

I think its kind of ridiculous , a child uses the bathroom more than three times a week like why would you tell a child no you cant use the bathroom that's so rude and just plan right wrong. I agreed on the first comment a women made.

I think that this is stupid that this teacher made this rule. She is expecting way too much from these kids.

I think that is a stupid ‘policy’. You cannot tell young elementary school kids (who when they have to go, they have to go) that they can only go to the bathroom 3 times a week. I think she is expecting too much. They are just kids. However, even if this was deemed “acceptable” by administration, she should not make the kids exchange them at the end of the week; they should roll over into the next week.

I think that it is a stupid policy, because they are young and they need more frequent visit to the restroom then older kids so she shouldn't be controlling how much they should use the restroom. She is expecting way too much, because like I said before they are young and need more frequent breaks then kids that are older then them. I agreed with the parent that thinks that kids shouldn't be kept too only three bathroom breaks a week.
