Company Ink

Read this article before answering the questions below.

Would you get a tattoo of your company's logo in return for a 15% raise? Why or why not? Do you have a tattoo? Do you want a tattoo? If so, what would you get? Why are tattoos so popular? Should Isle of Wight County Schools make the same offer to their teachers? How many teachers do you think would follow through with it?

I would only get a tattoo of my company if I really needed the money or worked there for over a decade. What if I get fired or leave? I am kinda indifferent on a tattoo. I don't think many teachers would get a tattoo for there school. A lot of teachers complain all day about the same schools.

I would get a company tattoo depending on how long i am going to work there and where I would get it.I don't have a tattoo. I don't want a tattoo. I think they are popular because you get to put anything you want on your body. I don't think many teachers would do it.

I wouldn't get the company logo tatted on my body, I think your tattoos should mean something not just get them for money. I plan on getting a lot of tattoos once I'm 18.

I would only get a tattoo of my company if I really needed the money and depending on where I got it. I don't have a tattoo and I do want one, I just don't know what yet. My sister and I are getting matching ones together when I turn 18. I don't picture teachers with tattoos and I don't see many people going through with it.

I would definitely not get a tattoo of my company's logo for a 15% raise. I wouldn't because who knows how long I might work there and money isn't everything. I do want a tattoo for my 17th birthday! I want a dream catcher. I don't think Isle of Wight schools should do that mainly because we know that they're not gonna give anybody a raise when they they barely have money now. No teacher of IWCS is stupid enough to do this.

No, I wouldn't get a tattoo of my company's logo. I just wouldn't do it. I don't have a tattoo. I'm undecided on if I would get a tattoo or not. If I did get one, it would be something related to my being. Tattoos are popular because they are a form of expressing one's self. It doesn't matter to me if Isle of Wight makes the same offer, and I don't know how many teachers would follow through with it.

I would never get a tattoo for a company. I dont know how long I'm going to work there and I dont want to walk around still representing that company. I already have 5 tattoos so I know how it feel and the attention they can bring. If they offered that at WHS I think a few teachers would do it depending on where they have to get it at.

I would not get a tattoo of a company logo on my body for a raise. I would not ever get a tattoo either. And honestly I have no idea why tattoos are so popular. Nor do I think that Isle of Wight County Schools should offer the same opportunity to teachers, as it might encourage some of the students to get tattoos which would outrage parents. Although, if they did, most teachers would get a tattoo so they could get a raise.

I do not think I would get a tattoo of my company's logo for a 15% raise. It seems stupid because the company could always fire you or go into bankruptcy and you won't have a job anymore. I do not have a tattoo but I do believe that I will get one. I've been wanting an anchor for a while and think I will get one eventually. If Isle of Wight County Schools made that offer I think some teachers would follow through with it just to get a little extra money. However, I don't think that many will. I'm pretty sure Mrs. Bryant would get a huge IWCS tattoo because she loves her job so much.

Maybe if I it was somewhere and not so big. If I had to get a tattoo of the company's logo on my body it would have to be somewhere small just because it would be stupid. I want a tattoo but I would like small ones that have a meaning to them. I want like a cross with my grandaddy's name on it and like just small quotes. Tattoos are popular because that's how people "express" their self. IWCS shouldn't do this because our logo isn't even cute. I don't think no teachers would get a tattoo and plus they probably don't even have a money to give the teachers a raise.

I probably would not get a tattoo of my company's logo for a 15% raise. I do not have a tattoo and I don't plan on getting a tattoo. I don't mind tattoos, I just wouldn't want one on me. People get tattoos because they can put any design, name, date, etc. on their body. Isle of Wight County Schools should not make the same offer to their teachers. I don't think many teachers would actually do it anyway.

I would only get the tattoo of my company logo if I really needed the extra money. I think if you get a tattoo , it should have meaning, not just because you wanted money. I mean it is gonna be on your body for the rest of your life. I do want tattoos; I will be getting one after graduation. Im not sure what I'll be getting. Tattoos are so popular because it's a way to express yourself. I don't think IWCS should do that. I don't think many teachers would do it either.

It depends on the situation on if I would get a company's logo tattooed on my body. A 15% raise sounds good to any ears. If I was desperately in need of a raise I would probably get the company's logo tattooed. Since I can customize the tattoo any way I want, I would customize the tattoo really little so it wouldn't stand out. I have thought about getting a tattoo when I'm older. I am not completely sure whether to get one or not, but if I decide to get one I will get a quote on the inside of my foot. A tattoo is something that will stay will me forever so I am going to be 100% positive about my decision before I get "inked." If Isle of Wight County Schools made the same offer it would be interesting to see what teachers would follow through with it.

I would never get a tattoo of a company logo on my body. Tattoos should be something that has meaning behind it, not just something random you slap on your body. I don't have any tattoos yet, however, my parents have already approved the tattoo I've sketched out and I'll be getting it for my birthday next month. The tattoo I'm getting is three birds- two big birds and a smaller one flying away. One bird will be pink and have a breast cancer ribbon on the back and my grandma's name on the wing. The other one will be red and have my dad's name on it. I'm still debating whether to add the quote "Fly with your own wings" under the birds. I want this because my grandma and my dad have had the biggest impact on my life and given me my wings to "fly in life" and be successful. I don't think any teachers in Isle of Wight would take this offer... most of them have some sort of common sense.

I probably wouldn't get a tattoo of my company's logo. I would maybe get one for a 15% raise, but the job security would have to be perfect. My luck, I would get fired the week after I got the tattoo, or quit. I don't have a tattoo nor do I one, unless there was a really good meaning behind it. But if I had to get one, I think the white ink tattoos are cool. If IOWS were to make the same offer, I'm almost positive that a lot of teachers would get the tattoo because they need and want more money.

No I wouldn't do this. I think this is stupid/ What if they fire you then you'd have to get it removed or deal with it. I don't have a tattoo but I've thought about getting one before.

I might get a teeny tiny tattoo like on the bottom of my foot. It would be so small it would be not even noticeable. I think people get some really stupid tattoos and its sad because they're not smart enough to think about things before they do it.

I would never get a tattoo of my company's logo on me. Even if it were for a raise because you never know if your gonna stay there or not. I do want to get multiple tattoos that i have in mind, im just waiting. I dont think any teachers would do that here.

I would never get a tattoo of a company logo on my body even if it was for a raise. I don't have a tattoo but I do plan on getting one not sure when. I plan on waiting till after I have kids and get there foot prints tattooed on my back. I thought about getting them on the bottom of my foot but after some research I found out they wear off faster. I don't think that teens get them for a huge reason besides fitting in and being able to say they have one. I don't think that teachers should get this choice because they are already talking about ending school early.

I wouldnt get a tattoo of my companys logo, thats dumb. Yes I want a SMALL tattoo, I want a outline of a elephant and SNS on the inside of it, in memory of my best friend. Isle of Wight cant even afford to give the teachers anymore money.

First off what has our world come too. Secondly I would NEVER get my company's name tattooed on me. I wouldn't get it because what if I worked for Walmart, that would just be embarrassing. I would like a tattoo in memory of family that I have lost. Tattoo I think are popular because they leave a mark that is special on you forever. Its something you can't lose or break. I would get "If heaven wasn't so far away.." on my top rib. Isle of Wight has no money, so no. I don't think anyone would participate in it.

No, I don't have a tattoo. I don't want one. I don't think they are bad, I just think of the future and how they stretch out when you become old. I don't think a lot of teachers would get a tattoo for a raise. I think teachers care more about their bodies.

I think I would have to be in a desperate situation for money to do something like this. Even then, I would want the tattoo small and somewhere that nobody could see it. I don't have any tattoos, but I have a few little things in mind. I guess tattoos are so popular because it's really the only thing you can take to the grave and there are a million plus different things to get. I would only get tattoos that have a specific meaning, not just get something because it looks "cool." Isle of Wight could never offer this, because we are broke! But some teachers might get it if they had the opportunity?

I would never make the stupid decision to get a company's logo tatted on me, no matter how much I need the extra cash. Can you imagine having something like that done and further down the line trying to explain to your kids that you were so desperate for a raise that you got the company logo as a tattoo. Tattoo's are something that should have a beautiful meaning behind it instead of something completely stupid. I have thought of at least two major tattoo's that I want possibly in the future. The main one that I want is a Celtic knot which has my heritage behind it. The tattoo symbol is a beautiful celtic braided design which means Eternal daughter and mother love. I plan on getting that with my momma(:. And I don't think any teachers here would follow through if that was proposed to them unless they were having a extremely tough time with their money.

No, because I may switch companies, and there are other ways to get word out than getting a tattoo. I do not have a tattoo. When I'm older I may get a small one, but I believe in natural bodies, other than ear piercings, and many people get them. If I were to get a tattoo, it would mean something to me, like beautiful on my wrist, against people cutting themselves, something important to me and my morals. Tattoos are popular, because everyone is getting them. That's what makes me not want one, I would want to be different. Isle of Wight should not make that offer to teachers, I believe teachers would look ridiculous. But a lot of teachers, those you think wouldn't get a tattoo, for the money probably would.
