Have you heard about the 70+ arson cases on the Eastern Shore? What do you think would make someone want to do such a thing? Why do you think he/she/they have only burnt down old, abandoned buildings? Why haven't they been caught?

I have not heard about those 71 arson cases. Honestly, I can't think of why someone would want to do such a thing, but I do know that money and other such things are causes. I think that they burnt down old buildings because they take up space. Maybe this person is trying to do a good thing in the wrong way. I think they haven't been caught because they've been clever and they probably watch one too many criminal investigation shows.
No, I haven't heard about it. They like the colors. They only burn down old, abandoned buildings because they don't have the guts to burn down a bank. They are super ninjas.
I heard a little about the fires, I didn't know they were abandoned houses though. The arsonist may like fire or maybe the fires turn him on. Since they're burning abandoned houses they might just be trying to make the neighborhood look better. You can easily catch him if you just stand by an abandoned house and wait.

Maybe they only burnt down old abandoned buildings because they didn't want to hurt people and they felt like they were helping to renew the scenery on the Eastern Shore. I honestly have no idea why they haven't been caught. After the 70th time, they should be good at what they're doing.
Yes, I heard something about it on the news but I didn't really think so much about it. I don't possibly know what would make someone do such a thing. Because if they were to do someones actual home and kill someone the outcome would be far worse. Because you just don't possibly know when someone is planning something like this.

I have heard if the fires. The arsonist probably likes fire and keeps setting them to see what happens. He might burn abandoned houses to keep from hurting someone or just so he won't get caught. He's already burned 70+ houses. If you wait long enough he will burn all but one then you just hide around the last one until he comes.

They haven't been caught because after 71 fires, they are pretty good at what they're doing. Law enforcement had a better chance of catching them after the first building was burned.

Most people think that the person setting the fires is a volunteer fireman who just wanted more calls. However, with 71 arsons and counting, I'm not so sure of that. The reason for burning down old abandoned houses is probably because no one lives there, so it makes the house an easier target. Actually, I've heard that they have a suspect but have just not been able to catch him in the act.
