Whose side are you on, the school's or the student's? Explain your reasoning. If you were kicked out of school for a "genetic marker" that might cause harm to other students, would you fight it? Why or why not?

I am on the schools side because i understand that if it is not healthy, other students shouldnt be around alot of people with CF. I guess if i was kicked out of a school for a genetic marker I would fight it but I also understand why the school would be doing it.

I'm on the students side. just because he has a genetic disorder he shouldn't be kicked out of school. It's not even contagious. Why do people treat other people like that? The world has changed greatly.

I'm on the students side. You shouldn't be kicked out of school because of your condition. It shouldn't matter if you have a disease or not to attend school. I would fight for my right in school if I had a genetic marker.

I am on the students side because I feel that it is wrong to kick a boy out of school for something he has genetically. It is not the little boys fault that he might have respiratory problems and its not like he can spread it to other children. But regardless all the little boy wants to do is go to school and be normal and not punished for a genetic marking.

I am on the student's side for sure. For one, he doesn't even have the disease and secondly for kids who have it, it isn't even contagious. You are born with it. If I was asked to leave school because of a genetic marker, I would most defiantly fight it. It is wrong to do this to kids. They have all the same rights as everyone else to be in a normal school with normal kids.

I'm on the student's side because I don't think he should have been kicked out of school just because he is a carrier of the disease. I also understand where the school is coming from. Like they said in the video, the school is probably worried about being sued because they are somewhat responsible if a student was to get sick. If I was kicked out of the school for a "genetic marker", I would fight it. The child in this video doesn't actually have the disease and has never been affected by the disease. I don't think they child should have been kicked out, just because he didn't actually have the disease and hasn't had problems with it.

I would be on the kids side because it's not his fault that he has this disease. Why make him feel any less then normal? If i was kicked out of school I for this I would complain and try to do something about it to. Its not right.

I'm on the student's side. The school is wrong for what they did. The kid is innocent he did nothing. He dont deserve to get kicked out of school because of his genes. I would fight it if i got kicked out of school over nothing.

I am on the students side. It really isn't his fault because that is going on. I would understand if I was kicked out of school. But it wouldn't be fair so yes I would fight it.
