Kony 2012

I had no clue what this was until now. I saw posts about it on Facebook but I never really looked into it. I think this inspires many people to take some kind of action for these children. We could join the Kony 2012 campaign and help stop this crazy man! It's heart breaking to know that there are really people this sick in the world.

I didn't know who Kony was, but I saw his name everywhere! I thought it would be just another stupid thing, but I was wrong. Jason Russell is doing a good thing and this will inspire a global community. He's trying to help save the kids lives. I can't believe Kony is forcing the kids to kill their own parents! If I tried to think of a way to help, I would definitely try my best to make a difference. Right now, I can't think of anything that would help, but it'll come to me later.

I had no idea who Kony was before this explosion of awareness. I've seen the posts of the video and links on facebook but I haven't actually watched it. Going by what I just saw, I believe this will start a campaign to stop Kony. People have already started to rise up and start the change. Things people can do to help can be anything from donating money to the cause or starting an awareness group yourself and go from there.

I believe that its great that people are coming together to try and stop this guy. He obviously needs to be stopped and should be. I mean to capture kids and force them to kill there own parents. I also think that its going to take alot more to be able to reach this guy then a couple fund raisers. But if there is alot of support and views on youtube than maybe something will happen.

I didn't know who Joseph Kony was before the "Kony 2012" video. I heard about this video on twitter earlier this week. I think this video is inspiring a global community to come together and stop him. The video is very sad but it is making people aware. We need to find him and he needs to be stopped.

I didn't know who Joseph Kony was before. I watched the video day before yesterday on Mark Fenner's facebook page and it was really sad. I think Jason Russell is doing a good job of making that video, because people can help capture him and save those kids. I think if i tried to help or thought of a way, I would try to make a difference. I don't know what else I could do, but I pray those kids keep safe.

I had no idea who it was before this video. I've heard about the video but i haven't seen it. Yes, I think it has already had a huge impact and it will continue to do so. I guess just raise money for the kids.

I have never heard of Joseph Kony before this video, nor have I seen or heard of the "Kony 2012" video. It is obviously already having an impact on people throughout the world. They succeeded by showing the children, and having them tell their stories, because children have a certain emotional appeal. I don't see how I personally can do anything, because throughout the 1990s America went to Rawanda, and there was no immediate help given. It seems like the government, along with the U.N., is mostly unconcerned with the happenings in Africa, which is incredibly sad. The most we as teenagers can do is raise money to try to help to Invisible Children foundation.

I never heard of this "Kony 2012" video until now. I also never heard about Joesph Kony either. I think that this could inspire the whole global community to come together and stop Kony! I think it's a lot of things you can do to stop whats going on! I personally think that's so sad that people have to do that.

I had no clue who he was before Kony 2012. I've also never heard of the video before today. I believe that people will come together to stop Kony from doing those terrible things. I could probably try to spread the word around to get the word out about what is going on. -Josh Cutchins

No I didn't know anything until now. I don't think anybody will do anything, not even the government. They feel its not their problem. There is probably nothing I can do.

I have heard about it on facebook, but never really look it up. I do think that it will inspire a global community to come together and stop Kony. Those were kids that had a full life in front of them. Getting a full education, a job, having a family and more stuff, but that man took it away for them. It's very sad. Hopefully he will go to jail for it. Also I feel like anybody can make a difference for that. From younger kids to older adults.

No I did not know that. No I have not seen this video and I have never heard about it. Yes I do believe that it will and has already inspired a global community to come together to save these invisible children. I believe if people continue to raise money and to be aware then we will be able to save some of these children from these nightmares.

I hadn't heard about this till now. This is so sad. I wish I would do something to help out. I hope it doesn't inspire a global community to come together and stop Kony. I think our school should do something to help out, like raise money, or get the word out with fliers or something. I feel so bad for those poor kids.

I had no idea who he was. Once Kony gets caught we need to sentece to the death penalty. That's sad what he's doing. HE's taking people's God given rights and forcing them to do terrible things. It's as if another humans life means nothing to him. It's just wrong.

I had no idea who Joseph Kony was before this video. I've heard about the video but I haven't actually watched it. I heard about it two days ago and asked about it when it came up at school because I wasn't sure what it was about. I think that it could possibly cause a global group to come together and stop him. Twitter and Facebook have really contributed to it. Without them I wouldn't have heard of it.

I have never knew about the Kony 2012 video until I saw a few post on Facebook, but I didn't really pay it much attention.I think that there will be a lot of effort to put a stop to Kony because this is a very tragic situation and it could harm many lives. I would try my best to raise awareness so that it could be stopped, because I know If he harmed someone close to me I would definitely be ready to take him down and have him destroyed and killed!

I have never seen the Kony 2012 video. I think this would make a different in our community. Because it show people have a bad life and we in the U.S. have a pretty good life. I can send money to make a difference. I can also help my country or community by giving money to for poor.

No I did not know Joseph Kony before this video. I haven't seen or heard of Kony. Yes I do because if they really care about these children and understand that they are in trouble some will come together. I could donate to some of these foundations that are against Kony and trying to help.
