No, I haven't heard of Jaycee Dugard before now. Yes I agree with her decision to go public and share the details of her horrific ordeal. Why, because it's good to tell somebody if something bad had happened to you. I think the saddest or most horrifying part of Jaycee's story was when she got kidnapped and abuse.

I haven't heard of her until now. I agree completely because it will help her heal in good time. The most horrible part is her being pregnant by a grown man. That is so disturbing to me. Another scary thing is that there really are people in this world who feel as if taking kids and raping them is alright. I'm glad she finally got out but I would hate to have to live with that for the rest of my life.

I have not heard of Jaycee Dugard. This is a horrible story and hopefully she will be able to live a happy life now that she's free. I agree with her decision to go public with the details, events like this are terrible but people need to know. The saddest part of this story is the amount of time she lost and all the abuse she suffered, I can't imagine. It's horrible that stuff like this happens and is probably going on somewhere else right now.

I've never heard of Jaycee Dugard before. Yes, because the world needs to know how stupid people are. She said she doesn't want to get comfort from that man. The most horrifying part is that she got pregnant.

I have never heard of Jaycee Dugard before. I agree with her sharing her decision to go the public. One reason is so she could move on in her life. This is horrifying because she can't see her mother and her thinking she was pregant, it was just alot!

I have never heard of Jaycee Dugard before this video. I think that it is important for her to share her story, so that people are aware of how horrible of people her repressors are. After keeping it a secret for so long, I think it'll help her to get all of her horrible experiences out in the open. It's especially horrific that Jaycee was forced to mother two children by this man, and that they too were trapped in the house for many years. People who kidnap and hold a person hostage for decades, thus destroying their life, is a waste of a person, and should definitely be looked down on in society.

I have never heard of her. I mean if she wants to and if she said it helps her then ya I guess it's her decision. The fact that she got kidnapped and sexually abused for 18 years.

I had heard of her, but I had never really heard the full story and exactly what had happened to her. I believe that with something as terrible as what happened to her you would think that she would not want to talk about it. Thats why I almost think that she could be doing all of this for attention, publicity, and either popularity. But everyone had there own way of handling there feelings. Maybe this is just her way.

I have heard about this story before. I do agree with her choice to make her story public. Unfortunately, these sick things happen everyday. The public, both teens and adults, should be aware of just some of the dangers at risk everyday. The saddest part of her story to me was the graphic details of what was done to her.

I have heard of this girl and it’s a horrible story! Its good that the information is out there and people know she’s found but when people are kidnapped everybody knows what goes down so I don’t thing they should of said every detail on the tv. I think the worst part of this story is that she has to raise kids that she doesn’t want or have the money to take care of them. When she looks into her child’s eyes as it grows up she will always have the horrible memories of her past. I hope her the best and I hope she doesn’t turn lesbian.

No, I haven't heard of Jaycee Dugard before now. Well honestly I can't agree or disagree with what she is doing because its her decision and most likely I do believe when you let everything out you are helping lift the burden off of your shoulders. That see became pregnant and the man that was holding her said horrible things about the outside world for her to stay.

I have never heard of Jaycee Dugard before now. I think I agree with her decision to go public with all this stuff because it helps other people aware. It also helps prevent stuff like this from happening. The saddest part of her story is honestly the whole thing. Its horrifying and I cant even imagine being in that position.

I had heard of Jaycee Dugard before now. Soon after she was found I watched a documentary about her on E!. I do agree with her decision to go public about her ordeal. I agree with this because people need to know more about this and if they know more then maybe they will take a lot more precaution. I think the most horrific part of Jaycee's story is the part about her having to take showers with her male abductor and the other sexual abuse she endured.

No I have not heard of her before. Yes I believe the world has a right to know what kind of horrible people are out in this world. I think the saddest part was the part where the guy sexually abused her and fathered two kids with her.

I have heard of this horrible story before, it's so crazy that people can do things like this. Yes, i would want the world to know, not to make them feel sorry but so they'll realize they got it. That she was forced to have sexual interactions and kids with him is crazy.ZACH CAHALAN

No, I haven't heard of Jaycee Dugard. I do agree with her decision to go public and share the details. I agree with her because the people was wrong of what they done to her. I'm glad that she share this publicly because people can see that there are some people are bad and need to be in jail. I think the saddest part is when she was scared to say her own name.

I have not heard of Jaycee Dugard before this video. I think she should continue to go public so others can be aware of the scary things that are out there. It can happen, I think the conditions she was kept in was very sad but as well as her becoming pregnant is insane!

I have never heard of Jaycee Dugard, but it is terribly sad what happened to her. I agree that she did the right thing in taking her incident public so that she could let everyone know about those terrible people. I think that all of those horrific things that happened to her were sad. I think that all rapist and pedophiles need to be found and murdered, for other peoples sake. They do not deserve to live if all they think about is hurting others.

I had heard of Jaycee before because we talked about it in English class. I do think that her going public with her ordeal is okay as long as it is helping her get through it. I just can't even begin to imagine something like this happening. I don't understand how someone could be so sick as to do that to a little girl. I'm glad they found her and that she is now with her family once again.

I have heard of Jaycee before. It was on an episode of hoarders. What happened to her is an absolutely terrible thing. The guy who kidnapped her is an absolute psycho path. I do believe that it was a good idea to go public with what happened. People like that man need to be locked up. The most horrifying part of the story is the things that man did. -Josh Cutchins

Yes I have heard of Jaycee Dugard. My aunt has the book and I read a couple chapters of it. I think it's alright with going public with it. It will show how terrible it was and it does have a moral to it. It will show kids what to do and not to do in a crisis like that. I think it's all horrifying. At such a young age also. It's all shocking to me.

I think it is very sad that you cant even let your kids go outside to play without worrying about them getting hurt if even killed . The world is getting more and more worse everyday . I am so glad that she was reunited with her family .

I have heard of this brave woman's story. Jaycee Dugard is a very strong person to say the least. She managed to protect her two children from that horrible pedophile who managed to keep her for eighteen years!
For her sake, I do believe that it is a good thing that she went public with her story. I also praise her for doing so. It takes a strong mind and open heart to do something as big as to tell the story of her eighteen years of captivity!
The saddest part of her entire story, I believe, was the entire thing. All she was doing was walking home from her bus-stop for Christ's sake! This man, though he doesn't deserve the title, abducted her from her bus-stop using a stun gun. (I looked a little more into it.) I believe it's just sad that he would do this to an innocent little girl.

I had never heard of Jaycee Dugard till now. I agree with her decision to go public because if that's what she wants to do then that's her right. Going public may help her coup with what happened. Her going public may also help others who have been through things similar. The saddest part to me is that she was pregnant. I don't know how people could be so crude. I hope Jaycee finds comfort in all of this.
