I blame the news anchor for what happened. Why, because she shouldn't had came close to the dog, if she didn't know him that well. I did get bitten by a dog. I use to have a dog and we was just playing and he just was to excited and he bit me. Yea but I don't like all animals. I prefer a dog. Why, because a dog can bark when an stranger comes to your door. But a cat can't bark but it can scratch you.

It was the news anchors fault, she shouldn't have leaned in to the dogs face, she didn't know how the dog would react to that situation. I haven't had a bad experience with an animal before, but I have been scratched a few times by cats. I prefer dogs over cats, because to me dogs always stay cute and there a lot more lovable than cats. Cats only come to you when they want to they don't really listen.

I think this is the anchors fault. Everybody knows to never put your face in a random dogs face; they see it as a threat and snap. I had two dogs and they never bit or snapped any family but two of my brothers friends got a little too close and one bit a nose but just left scratches and one bit a cheek. You can’t come up from behind or scare a dog because they have a lot of strength. I had two dogs and now I have a kitten and I like dogs, I love my kitten but man their annoying sometimes and she attacks me at the worst time. I feel sorry for this woman but if she grew up around dogs she should of known.

I blame the anchor, she didn't know that dog well enough to know what it would do. It's nice to see she's recovering well and taking it all in stride though. The only bad experience I've had with an animal is with my dog. He's getting old and is paranoid about everything and barks at everything and doesn't stop so it gets frustrating. I have three dogs at house but I like all animals and animals seem to like me. I can't say if I like cats or dogs more, I like them both.

I blame the news anchor, because even though the dog was letting her pet it, she was still unfamiliar to him, and was way to close. She shouldn't have trusted the dog so easily, and she DIFINETLY shouldn't have put her face next to his. To my memory, I have never had a bad experience with an animal. I do consider myself an animal person, because they're so adorable and friendly, when treated right. I have a cat named Dexter. Even though I love dogs, I'd consider myself a cat person becasue they're less maintenance and are generally more cuddly.

It was definitely the news anchors fault, she got way to close to a dog she didn't know. Ya Iv'e had a couple crazy experiences with animals I have fallen off horses got bit trying to separate dog fights, stuff like that. I absolutely love all animals I'm not like PETA though I eat a lot of animals to. I have three cats and Two dogs and a horse and I prefer dogs because I hate it when a cat scratches me.

I blame the lady for what happened. Why would she get that close knowing some dogs don't like people that close, and don't know what it is capable of! I have never had bad experiences with an animal. I don't consider myself an animal lover, because I can't have animals that close to my face or anything like that. I never had pets before. I prefer a dog over a cat because they can bite when people come in and I don't wasnt them here:).

I believe that she should not have gotten in the dogs face, but I also think that a dog should never bite someone. And besides if you watch the video she like slapped the dog in the eye right before it bit her. I mean it somebody slapped your eye would'nt you be mad ? But its great she is doing better. And the doctors did a great job, you cant even hardly tell she had been bitten.

That just gives me another reason to be petrified by dogs. I've been through so many cases when dogs follow me and bark the crap out of me. I am so scared when they're following me and chasing me. It feels like I'm going to get bit. My brother has gotten bit terribly when we were riding our bikes. That day still scares me. I am definitely not an animal person, except for fishes. :) I would rather get a cat than a dog. Dogs look more aggressive. Cats are sensitive, as far as I have seen. My friend had three cats and a dog. One of the cats would just come running to me when I was over at her house. The moment I would walk in the door, the cat would just circle me and then wait for me to pet him. I loved Murphy and I'm going to get a cat like that.

I blame the news anchor. Why would you put your face that close to a dog when your not comfortable with the dog and it isn't comfortable with you? I have never had a bad experience with a dog but my mom has. I am definitely a animal lover. I have five dogs. I have a pit bull that we rescued from the road after being hit. We found her at a very young age with her hips crushed and internal bleeding. We nursed her back to health ourselves. She is protective, but not violent. It is all in how you raise them. Dogs are my favorite animals because they truly are man's best friend.

I blame the news anchor because she shouldn't have got that close to the dog that she hasn't ever had experience with. Yes, I've been bitten by a dog and had to get like 7 shots in my knee and stitches. I'm sorta an animal lover, but just with certain animals. I have two dogs. I prefer dogs more because their lovable.

I don't really blame either of them because the dog bit her but she got too close, she didn't know how dangerous it was. When I was like 6 when I was with my grandma, her neighbors dog started chasing me outside and it bit my leg. My grandma was trying to get away from the dog too so she put me on top of her car and told my sister to run inside. The ambulance came and fixed me up. The dog was like crazy and I think it eventually got but down. I don't really like animals, except for baby animals. We have 3 birds and 2 cats. I prefer dogs but the cats are my sister's and my dad doesn't want to get a dog until we don't have cats anymore.

I blame the news anchor. She shouldn't have put her face so close to a dog she doesn't know. I haven't ever had a bad experience with an animal. I have 2 dogs. Which means I like dogs more than cats. I'm alergic to cats and they're just boring and lazy. -Josh Cutchins

Yes, I have had a bad experience with an animal. Sometime this dog used to chase my cousin and I around my neighborhood. My favorite animal is a puppy/dog. I do not like cats because they rub on your leg. I had a dog but in a fewer days I'm getting a puppy.

I would blame the news anchor some dogs just bite when you get your face to close to theirs. Yes ,When I was little I got my face to close to my dogs and the dog bite my nose.Yes, i have four dogs ,one cat and we use to have horses.I prefer probably dogs because if someone breaks into your house your dog can bark and alert you.

I blame the news anchor. Shouldn't have been messing with the dog. I have had one bad experience with a dog before. A pit bull jumped up and bit me in my face. I prefer dogs instead of cats.

I think it was her fault. She shouldn't have went that close to the dog's face. Yes, I have I mean it wasn't bad like at all, but it still scared me. When I was little my daddy told me to not go across the road or the chickens would chase me and I did anyways because I didn't believe him and one actually did and scared me so bad! Yes I do, but it depends on the animal. I have at my mom's house 2 cats and then at my dad's house we have 4 dogs. I like both cats and dogs so I don't really prefer one over the other.

I think the news anchor shouldn't have got so close to the dog that she doesn't have a personal relationship with and doesnt know. Our dog has bit me plenty of times even on my cheek and breaking skin when I was younger cause I got too close to him when he was trying to relax or just didn't want someone in his face. I have actually got bit on my eye by a dog at a family reunion and have a scar on my eye from it. It happened when I was little so I don't remember a lot but it was bloody. I do consider myself an animal lover. I have a dog which I prefer over cats cause altogether dogs are funner they are much smarter I think and can learn more tricks and they like to get close to you cats just pur and sit in the sunlight they aren't fun to play with.

I blame her, you never get that close to a pitbulls face. I prefer dogs.

I don't think that anyone is to blame in this situation. I can't say that I have ever been bitten by a dog but I remember my sister being bitten on her face when we were younger. You never know what an animal can do. I do consider myself an animal lover. I love both dogs and cats but I like dogs better. Dogs are usually more playful. I have one dog.

Amber Furman said...

I would blame them both. Dogs bite, not to be mean, but to protect themselves. Animals can change at any moment. She shouldn't have gotten so close to the dog, he must have felt threaten. She didn't know that dog well enough to get so close. I have never had a bad experience with an animal. I am an animal lover! Unfortunately, my grandma (who I live with), won't let me have any pets but my hamster. I love my hamster, Willow thou. I prefer dogs over cats because I grew up with my dog, Roxy, but she died. :( I like dogs because you can play with them more and take them places easier, but I like cats also. I wish I could have a puppy or kitten!

It's a little bit of both. The news anchor shouldn't have been too close. The other guys should have trained the dog not to attack like that. I've had this one experience when me and my friend was walking down the road and there were like six dogs surrounding us, and one of them bit me in the back of my leg. I have pets of my own I have about five cats and one dog. I prefer dogs over cats.

I blame her because everyone should know not to get to close to a dogs face because dogs don't like it. I havn't but both my brother and sister have been attacked by german shepards before and it was horrible and painful from what I saw. Yes I am an animal lover I have two dashunds and they are spoiled rotten. Definately dogs are what I prefer because cats are loners and don't show you as much attention as dogs do.

I blame the news anchor for what happened, because she shouldn't have got so close to the dog especially since she didn't know the dog. There was one time when I trying to help my cousin sell candy, when I saw a huge pitbull the same color and maybe a little bigger then the one that bit the news reporter. I panicked and didn't want to get bitten, so I ran, I ran to someone's house that I didn't know and I was safe. My heart was beating terribly fast, my legs were shaking and I had lost my shoes. The owner came and got the dog but I was still shaken up from the incident. I do not consider my self an animal lover, I would take care of a fish and that's probably the only thing because that is the easiest to take care of. I do not currently have any pets. I do not like cats or dogs because all animals are different and you don't know how they react to things.

I think the news anchor's fault. She got to close to the dog's face. Yes with cats, dogs, horses, and mice. I've been bitten and scratched by them. Yes I still love the animals. Yes I have one dog, but I pick on him a couple of times. The animal I rather prefer is dogs. Some dogs are loyal and good listeners.

I believe that is both of their faults. The anchor woman should have known better than to get that close to the dog's face. I mean, the dog itself doesn't exactly look like the type to cuddle up to. But the trainers should have had the dog under more control than that. A slight restraint on him, other than a leash, would've been a good thing too.
I do consider myself an animal lover. I own three horses and a dog.
For the most part, I am a dog person. They show a lot more attention and affection than a cat ever would.

I don't blame anyone because everyone could blame everyone can blame anyone in this situation. Yes I have had a bad experience in 5th grade when the classroom Hamster Teddy bit my finger it didn't hurt and I was fine. Yes I still do consider myself an animal lover. No i don't have any pets at this moment. I prefer a puppy because there smart and you can actually go out in the yard and play with them.
