Are you ethical?

What are some ethical decisions teenagers must make every day? Give an example of an ethical dilemma you’ve had to face. Looking back, do you wish you would have handled the ethical dilemma differently? Why or why not?

Telling on another student for cheating on a test presents an ethical decision. I saw a man at the store put candy in his pocket. I had thought about not telling on the man, but I realized that would be wrong. I went to the manager and told them, the man was then apprehended by the store and kicked out. This actually is a real dilemma I have faced.

Some ethical decisions students make every day is going to school. An ethical dilemma I've faced is when I changed a few of my answers on a test. I don't think I should have changed my answers on the test because it isn't right and is not ethical.

One ethical decision I have had to make I made back in 7th grade. There was a kid that constantly picked on me. He pushed me, insulted me, etc. One day he went too far. We were coming out of the locker room and he shoved against the wall. When I turned around he told me to punch him. I walked away, but he pushed me again, but this time I retaliated. I punched him with all my might, square in the nose. He fell to the ground and the teacher came over screaming at me. Because of that I was suspended for 3 days. Looking back, I believe that was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Nobody ever picked on me again.

Teenagers go threw ethical decisions making everyday. I think one of them is going to school, and cheating in class. I never really experienced an ethical dilemma before. I say that because I am an honest person, and I do, and also try to do the right things at all times. Most people go threw them. Half of the people who actually experience them are teenagers.

Ethical decisions teenagers make would be like cheating, not wanting to come to school like they should be. Also maybe the pressures of being a teenager and it causes some of us to drink, smoke or do drugs. We do it to be cool but later in life we may suffer. There has been a time where I went bowling with my grandparents and my sister and as we were walking out I was going to the car and I found $21.00 on the ground and I picked it up and I thought do I keep it or give it back after I thought about it we all went back inside and we gave it back to a girl who was out with her friends who dropped it. There were days where I think to myself what I could have done with that money cause when your young that’s a lot. I’m glad I gave it back to her because I could have gotten her in trouble.

I think some ethical decisions teenagers face everyday is waking up and going to school, doing right when they get to school, and what they do when they get home. An ethical dilemma I had was when I walked out the store with an item I had picked up. I hadn't paid for it so when I got outside I realized it. So I went back in and walked around like I was lookin for something else and put it back and left back out. No, I don't think I should have did anything different because I did the right thing.
