'Fat Girls'

Read this article before commenting.

Describe your thoughts when reading this article. Have you ever seen anything but a table number on your restaurant receipt? Should the bartender that did this be fired? Why or why not? If it happened to you, would you make a big deal of it? Why or why not?

I LOVE The Office, and Michael Scott does something similarly offensive to remember clients' names! Check it out...

This is so ignorant. Its not cool to do this. The bartender should of been fired. That's disrespectful.

I'm shocked really shocked. Why would a bartender put "fat girls" on a receipt? Sometimes I do look at the receipt but most of the time I don't. But I'm going to start looking at it more. That was the right thing to do by firing the bartender. I probably would laugh when I see it but then I would sue them lol.

I think this is a little funny but also mean. I have never seen anything else on my receipt except my name was spelled wrong. I think the bartender should of been fired, because there was no reason he couldn't of put their name or what they were wearing. I would not take this as a big deal, I would take this as a wake up call to loose weight.

I can't believe the bartender did this. I haven't experienced anything like this before. If it happened to me, I don't know if I would make a big deal of it. I would just let it go. It would probably bother me for a while, but I don't think I would freak out and make a big deal of it.

I think it is very immature and offensive for someone to do that. I don't pay attention to my receipts, so guess I'd never know. I do believe the bartender should be fired, it's embarrassing to the business. I wouldnt let something like this bother me.

I think this is disrespectful and mean. The only thing i have ever seen wrong on our ticket was when we ate at sushi and I got shrimp tempura and they spelled shrimp/shirmp. I think that the bartender should have been fired because im sure this isnt the first person they have done something like this to.

I think that it was very disrespectful that the waiter called both of the women fat. I have never had anything else but my table number on my restaurant receipt. I most definitely think that the bartender should be fired, after treating two customers so rudely. If this happened to me however I wouldn't make that much of a deal about it. The only thing I would probably do is refuse to pay the bill.

I think that's its messed up. It's extremely disrespectful. I don't think that's how you should remember somebody's table.Yes the bartender should have been fired , I wonder how he would feel if that happened to him or he was in that situation. I wouldn't make that big of deal about it .
