Do you think it is okay to let little children pee in public? Why or why not? If yes, what age should peeing in public not be allowed? If not, what is the alternative for small children who "have to go?" Should this mother have gotten a public urination ticket? Would you fight the ticket if you were the mom? Have you ever peed in public?

I don't think it is ok to pee in public. I mean if your really got to go just do it. I would fight the ticket because that's just stupid. I have peed in public before. But not where anybody could see.
It's not ok for anyone for pee in public. It's rude, gross, and not right. They have public bathrooms to go to. But if it was a emergency she could of took him to a corner to pee and cover him so noone can see him. No i have never peed in public

I don't think it is okay to let children pee in public, but I think that giving them a ticket for a 2-year old boy peeing in public was just stupid. The mom didn't realize what her son was doing until it was too late. The child was being potty-trained and it wasn't like he could hold it. This mother shouldn't have gotten the public urination ticket. If I was the mom, I would have definitely have fought it.
I think children should be allowed to pee in public because they are young. I think once you turn 11 or 12 you should be able to hold it. The mother shouldnt of gotten the ticket because the child ran out before her. I would fight the ticket if I was her. I have peed in public.

No i really don't think it's okay to pee in public but honeslty a little kid is not gonna know, especially if hes two. When they have to go, find a BATHROOM. No i dont't think she should have gotten a ticket, because he didnt know any better. I would fight the ticket, and no i havent.

Well honestly i think its okay as long as they are discreet about it.
After like age 3 i think they should be old enough to know not to do that. And of course the mother shouldnt have gotten a ticket. Its a child! he doesnt know any better. I would definately fight the ticket if i were the mom. And on more than one occasion i have urinated in public.

I believe it is not okay to urinate in public; it is inhumane. In the little kids case he is young and does not know what is right or wrong. I do not think the mother should have been given a ticket, as I said he is a child, never knew what he was doing at the time was wrong. I would fight this ticket because people make mistakes, and it is somewhat understandable for a child to do something like that. I would rather urinate in public then on myself. Ha-ha! I have urinated in public, if I have to go and no one is around then who cares. I just open my truck door so no one sees, and then go! Right on little kid!

I don't think it's okay for people over 9 to pee in public. Anyone under that should be able to unless there is a bathroom around them. I don't understand why the store wouldn't let him use the bathroom so I can understand that he went outside and did what he had to do. No she shouldn't have have got that ticket. And yes I would fight that ticket because it's just not right. No I haven't peed in public and the only reason because of that is I can hold it to a certain point.

I think it's alright for some small children to pee in public. If it is an emergency or the little kid has to go right that second I think it should be okay. However I don't think little girls should. But little toddler boys cant hold their bladder but so long. I don't think the mother should have got a public urination ticket that's ridiculous the little boy was only 2 and doesn't really know any better, It wasn't the mothers fault If I were here I would have something done about it.
