Would you press charges if she was your neighbor? Why or why not? Have you ever had a horrible neighbor? If so, what made him/her so bad? What should be done to keep this neighbor from harrassing the residents?

I would bust that lady's windows out. I mean she is being ridiculous, she needs to get a life or a husband or something. I really have not had any bad neighbors. I think she should be forced to leave her house if she cant control herself.

No I probably wouldn't press charges if she was my neighbor.I wouldn't because I really wouldn't pay her any mind.However as far as her doing and saying things to the kids I would say stuff to her and that would be all I have to do, and she wouldn't do it again.No I really never had a horrible neighbor.What should be done to keep this neighbor from harrassing the residents is,making her move out that house to somewhere new,or even start harassing her as she do unto others,because maybe then she wouldn't ever do that to anyone else.
Heck yeah I would press charges. This lady is more than crazy. Like literally there is something wrong with her. Who acts like that? I have never had a horrible neighbor, all my neighbors are relatives. I don't understand why they won't just take her into jail or make her leave and move somewhere else. If it were me, that's what I would want to be done. This is a grown women acting like a 10 year old and being stupid. Shaking my head.

This lady is crazy! I probably would press charges, I wouldn't want this type of person around my family. I've had bad neighbors but not like that. They were just annoying but this woman was insane. To keep her from harassing the neighbors put her under house arrest or better yet kick her out of the neighborhood all together.

I would press charges if she was my neighbor! Because she messing with me and my family and also the community. I have had a horrible neighbor before but not as bad as this one. They just should move her to another area so all this could be avoided or should show her how that feel for somebody to do that to her.
No I would not press charges if she was my neighbor. Why, because she not really hurting anybody. Yes, I had a horrible neighbor. She would walk around the neighborhood and just pick little things and go call the police on everybody. She tells on everybody for just little small things. I think they should just move to another place or move her to another place.

I would definitely press charges if she was my neighbor. I would because the lady's actions are just ridiculous. People should be able to live peacefully in their own homes. I have never had a horrible neighbor. I think this lady should be evicted if her disrupting actions are continued.

I wouldn't press charges I'd handle it on my own or I would move away or something but that is ridiculous, they said that lady is 49 well she needs to grow up because all that is is being immature. No I've never had a horrible neighbor before. I think the only way your going to fix that problem is if somebody moves away and I think it should be the lady because the other people have a whole family so it's not as easy to move.
If it would do any good yes because she is very disrespectful to others and no one have the right to make other people's life miserable. No I haven't and I don't think I would be able to deal with it. They should be moved from the neighborhood like honestly if you really don't like people that much go stay in the woods somewhere.
This is crazy! This is rude of this woman to joke on a mother for a problem she has surpassed. She needs a lot of help and I think she is a horrible neighbor. When I moved to Windsor a family that already lived there tried to get in our business and they wanted to know everything. The mother would curse me out for riding bikes on the road, or doing anything basically and my parents always had to talk to her. This woman yells at cars driving down our road and calls 911 saying their going fast. Several times she has stood at her drive way with a blow dryer to make it look like a radar gun, but she forgot to change out of her pajamas. The speed limit on my road has changed 3 times in the 8 years living here. We have put trees around my whole yard so nobody can see in; it’s kind of like a natural fence. Well we have gatherings like family reunions and yes my 21 year old brother has had a few parties but most of the time it’s contained in the garage, sadly we have only had few gatherings where the cops haven’t came. All neighbors deny the calling of the cops but what they don’t know is the cops tell us its her who called. They dislike this woman, and she has their personal cell phone numbers too. One cop said he was on a date and she wouldn’t stop calling him! So much more has gone on with this woman it’s crazy, she tries to start rumors too, like; my mom is a drug dealer. I cant wait till we move, or I wish she would get her own life!
She is crazyyyyy!!!! I would definitely press charges if she was my neighbor. She's acting stupid and she's ruining the peace in the neighborhood. I had terrible neighbors before I moved here. The whole neighborhood would gather around one person's house a day and then party all night long. The next morning would be the quietest ever but there would be beer bottles and leftover food out on the streets. Every week there would be gunshots in the distance and they said it was their way of not being scared or something. I can't remember what they said but it was a stupid reason to fire gunshots in the middle of the night. I was only in 4th grade and it was the scariest experience of my life. But this lady is ruining innocent little eyes and she shouldn't be able to buy a house. Go live in a shelter or something. (They probably wouldn't want her there either.)
I would press charges if she was my neighborhood only because of what she's doing to them. I've had one horrible neighborhood. It was a married couple and they kept doing was fussing and cussing while little kids were outside and it'd even be in the night time too. I think they should move her to another place where she wouldn't be by that family.
If she was my neighbor I would definatly press charges. She is straight up crazy and that would creep me out. My neighbor where I used to live used to put a big piece of cardboard outside with a person drawn on it and shoot it with a gun. That doesn't sound like a big deal but when I was little it was scary. The lady on the video should be taken to the crazy hospital and kept there.
I'd press charge or move. That girl is crazy. Talking about that she got the biggest house in the neighborhood and she wouldn't be in toruble if she was a man. She is crazy; needs to be put in a mental home.

Yes I would press charges! She is crazy! That is their property and she is violating it and getting in their business and everything. Also, cursing at her kids?! That's too much! No, I have never had a horrible neighbor. The police should lock her up in jail! She needs it. She might need to go get some help some where. I think they should make the lady move or something like that.
I would defiantly file charges against her because she is just plain crazy. I don't know why they don't just give her life or put her in a crazy test or in a rehabilitation center. I haven't a horrible neighbor like her and I am glad of it. That crazy lady needs to be kicked out of her home and placed some where with people that act just like her.

I believe that I would press charges if I had to deal with that. That's just an invasion of privacy, I mean following her around driving behind her, that's just weird. I have had strange neighbors, but not really a horrible neighbor. I think that pressing charges was one of the very few things they could have done. -Josh Cutchins

Yes. She is provoking them ,she's making signs, following them ,she's crazy. Yes, They would put there basket ball hoop right next to the road ,go in to other peoples yard an think it was okay. I think this neighbor needs to be moved to somewhere else far away from everyone else.
If she was my neighbor I would go over to her door and talk to her like adults but if it continued, I would press charges. Her bringing the children into and putting signs on the garage is so ridiculous and immature. I have never had a horrible neighbor and hopefully never will. I think the lady should be kicked out of the neighborhood.

Yes I would press charges especially since she aims a lot of this at their daughters. My closest neighbor is a mile and a half away so I don't really have to worry about neighbors. Keep her locked up is the easiest way to keep this from happening.
I would definitely press charges if she was my neighbor. She’s creepy! I’ve never had a bad neighbor. The only annoying “neighbor” thing I have to deal with is stupid kids at the park. They need to record everything and take it to court. Put the lady into a mental institution!
I would definitely press charges. I wouldn't feel comfortable if somebody was around me like that. When I first moved to Clydesdale, I lived next door to these crazy people who had this kid that always stuck his nose into people's business, even to people he didn't even know.

Oh yes I would definately press charges because that is just ridiculous! Yes I have they were very nosey and you couldn't even get to your car before they would ask you where you were going and when would you be back. I think she needs to be put in a specialized home that specializes in caring for people like this.
This video pisses me off . I can't believe that this women is this crazy . She would kicked her a** if she was my neighbor . I want to know why she is like that towards them . Is there something that we don't know about this story . To me , she is one of the weirdest neighbors in the world . My mom would have flip out , if she was our neighbor . She just needs to be sent to an insane asylum! I definitely wouldn't want to deal with that woman if she were my neighbor. There would be a big fight and she would lose. That would be the end of that situation for me if that were my case.
If it was my neighbor I would press charges too, I have never heard of such thing. Especially because her neighbors are trying to raise kids. I've never had a bad neighbor that was disturbing to my family or I. This neighbor should have to move or the family should move away to keep this from happening.
