Do you think this mother deserves all the criticism she has received? Why or why not? How do you feel about indoor tanning? Explain. Do you think people are more attractive when they're tan?

This woman deserves the criticism. I mean things have age limits for a reason I'm guessing. I don't really feel anything about indoor tanning. If you do it that's your choice. Though apparently its really dangerous so why do this at all. I personally find paler girls more attractive, this is just my personal opinion though.

I mean I guess she does. A child so young shouldn't be taken into a tanning bed. In my opinion the mother is like addicted to tanning so I don't think she was really thinking about the dangers that it could have caused her child I honestly don't think she was meaning any harm. I have never been in a tanning bed nor do I have a wanting to. I think SOME people are more attractive when they tan but not everyone. I just don't understand how you can get addicted to it. Its crazy what some people will do just for looks.

I think that was hilarious! And yes! I mean who is gonna tan that much ? The way I see it is if you want to tan then go outside and get some sun. and I believe she did put her daughter in a tanning bed.
I do believe she deserves it but then again it's her child. My mom won't let me tan only because she said it gives you skin cancer. I've thought about tanning before, but then it's not that big of a deal. I don't think people are more attractive when they're tan because some people are orange when they get out tan and that's NOT cute. Just saying.
I think this mother deserves all the the criticism but than again its her life. She deserves it because she doesn't need that tanning and maybe she will understand that through the criticism. I think tanning is bad for people. To me people are not more attractive when they're training.

I do feel like the mother does deserve this harsh criticism, because she's putting her child in danger with the apparent UV rays. I don't tan indoors or otherwise. I'm really pale, and I don't see it as a problem. I also have really sensitive skin, so if I tanned I'm pretty sure I'd have a negative effect from it. I don't care whether or not people are tan, but too tan is difinetely not attractive.
No I do not think this mother deserves all the criticism that she received no one does because a lot of people tan and if she wanna look like that I don't think they have the right to judge her. I don't have a problem with tanning indoors because some that do it really look good but its there looks and I know that I would never do it. Not all people are more attractive when they tan but some are.
It's not for me to judge if she deserves the criticism or not but I think she brings it upon herself. If people wanna go tanning then they can do what they want but I'm not doing it. I think some people look good tan but other people don't.
I think she deserved all the criticism she has received. Why, because she shouldn't bring her child to a tanning place. Well I think indoor or outdoor tanning is bad for your skin. It's just bad to tan period. Some people look good with a tan. Others look terrible with a tan.

This lady just lady just looks crazy! They need to drug test her cause she’s acting like she’s on something too! I think having the young girl in the room can still danger her young room because the light shines out if the bed. I believe that tanning in a bed and out in the sun harm your skin and the bed just is more direct. I think it does ruin your skin because I have seen some adults and teens that have skin that look like wrinkly leather bags and it’s not cute.
Pauly D can actually rock his tan, this women can't. She is definitely tanning a bit too much. She should get all the criticism possible. And yet she has the nerve to call other people fat, stupid, and ugly...um hon, you look like a freakin' monster, get out of that tanning booth. I would never go to a tanning booth, even if I was paler than pale. Indoor tanning is definitely going to kill her. Some people are cute with tans-Jersey Shore-obviously they are cute. =)
I think that every body makes mistakes but she definitely is not treating her body right. She is like intentionally cooking her insides. I don't believe in indoor tanning. People have proven that it is really bad for you and can cause all sorts of problems, like cancer. No form of "beauty" is worth taking your life. I understand if you burn and you need to tan a couple times before the summer so that they won't burn but regardless its really harmful and I don't think that it is worth it. I think that people may think that they are more attractive now but sooner or later when everyone else has young skin, they're going to have wrinkly, leathery, thin skin.
I do not think this mother deserves all the criticism she has received. I know several teenagers and women who excessively tan indoors. Why is she so different? I have tanned indoors several times. However, it's only before special occasions. Such as, pageants or homecoming and proms. I personally believe people are more attractive tan.
I think this mother looks crazy. I don't have any take on tanning because I already have a tan. People should know what attractive is and isn't but a lot of people don't. I think some people are more attractive when they tan. Some people look like burnt hot dogs. Sometimes people over do it and they look crazier than they looked before.

Yes and no. It's disgusting but it's her choice. I think tanning is OK. Over excessive like this is not but I personally LOVE tan girls. I think girls look better tan sometimes.
She deserves the criticism. Outdoor tanning is probably better than indoor tanning anyways. This lady needs to cut back on tanning, she looks like she was hit by a bus. I think girls are more attractive when they're tan, but she looks like she sprayed that on her.

No but she shouldn't put her 5 year old in a tanning bed. I would go Indoor tanning.
yes, I do because she shouldn't tan so much with young children like that because she is propably neglecting them to go get her tan on. I won't go near a tanning bed my grandfather has had skin cancer so i'd rather take my chance with the sun. No I believe it depends on how much they tan if they tan to much then they just look fake.
Jessica Blythe
I wouldn't say she deserves the criticism but she's an idiot. She shouldn't have put her daughter in the tanning bed, and she looks rediculous. I think if you go tanning a little bit for prom to get rid of lines or so that you don't get burnt the first few times getting out into the sun thats fine. But people who go too much look stupid, I know people who still go and it's hot outside. I don't think people look attractive when they are orange. There is a difference between tan and orange/bronze.
Yes I think the mother deserves all of the criticism. She should not take her young daughter to the tanning bed and she tans way too much. I think that a little bit of indoor tanning is okay. Indoor tanning is okay if you're doing it before summer in order to not be burned or if you do it for a week or two for a special occasion like prom. My first time tanning was this year and I only did it 4 times for prom.
I believe it is pretty bad how much she tans. However, I don't think that people should criticize her so badly. She does what she wants, who cares what she does. Indoor tanning is okay every so often, but definitely not nearly as much as she did. -Josh Cutchins
I mean I think she does deserve the criticism. She is tanning way too much. She looks fake. She does look older than her age. I will not ever get in a tanning bed. For my dance recitals sometimes I get a spray tan. During the summer, I get tan because I stay outside a whole lot. Sometimes with my friends I will lay out with them, but that's about it. Indoor tanning can be good and bad. It all depends on how the person uses it. What that lady did, that's really really bad. Some people do tan, but not as bad and that's fine. Some people do think they are more attractive with a tan, but then some people don't.
Yes, she goes to the tanning booths to much. I don't like indoor tanning at all. Your more likely to get skin cancer and increase age looks. To me people don't look as good when they tan.
-Travis Legate
Yes, well she looks way too tan and that's bad for your health. I feel that indoor tanning is way to dangerous for your skin, health, and physical appearance. I think everyone looks okay with tans and without also you can just go outside an get a tan way easier.
ZACH CAHALAN
I think tanning inside is retarded! I do think girls are more attractive when tan but i do also believe that in the long run it makes you look older.
Yes, she deserved the criticism. Because she is affecting her daughter life. I don't do tanning. But I think it is ok for people to do tanning but not too much tanning. I just think this woman is crazy. Yes, I think people are more attractive when they're tan.
Yeah, she does deserve all the criticism she has received. I’m not being mean, and don’t get me wrong, I love tanning every once and a while but don’t put your young child in a tanning bed. The child should have its own decision if it would like to look like a burnt piece of salami by fifth grade. Now, People are more attractive when they're tan because it gives a sub cautious message that sais “I have a life, I get out in the world” but not too much cause then you look like you don’t know what shade is.
Personally i dont go tanning because im already black enough . But some people really go overboard . I would have been scared to sit in a hot , coffin like box .
I think that the mother does deserve the criticism that she is getting because she definitely has taken it to far. I do not think that she should continue to do that because it makes her look sick and she might get a cancer or disease from it. I myself wouldn't go tanning because I am light enough. I wouldn't encourage tanning but depending on pale a person is and how often they go tanning determines how attractive they are.
I don't think she deserves all the criticism if she really didn't put her child in the tanning bed. If she did, I think she does deserve the criticism. Putting a young child in the tanning bed is so dangerous and could mess up their skin, hair, and brain. I think indoor tanning isn't bad if it is used properly. I don't think people should everyday or go for excessive time. I think that going 3 days a week for 10-15 min is okay. I don't really think a tan makes someone more attractive unless they are like really white but I do think I look better with a tan.
This is insane! Who would even think to bring a little five year old to a tanning salon anyway? She definitely deserves the criticism she's getting from everyone. I feel so bad for that poor five year old. NO five year old needs to, and I bet they don't want to, go to a tanning salon anyway.
I've never been indoor tanning before, but I hear it's really bad for you. I would rather go outside and tan than go inside and tan in a coffin-looking thing. Reminds me of what happened to that girl in the Final Destination movie. No thanks.
It can go either way if a person looks good tan or not. I just changed my opinion because of the way this woman looks....I mean if that woman can't change your mind with everyone looking better tanned then I don't know who, or what, will.
