What element of Steve Jobs' presentations do you like most? What have you seen more of, bad presentations or good, effective presentations? Describe the worst presentation you've seen, and describe the best. What is the one thing you struggle with most when presenting to a class?
I like the demonstrating enthusiasm in his presentations. In bad presentations I see a lack of enthusiasm in at least 8 out of 10 presentations that I experience. In good presentations I see a lot of pictures. The worst presentation I've ever seen is the presentation we've just had. The best presentation I've ever seen is the one that is currently showing. I struggle with rehearsing during my presentations.
I like Steven’s enthusiasm when he presents. It’s nice to see that he’s happy to be there. I’ve seen a lot of bad presentations during my school life. Most of them were caused by nervousness. I have seen some funny and well done presentations usually done by my bud Brooklyn. The worst has got to be in 9th grade when a kid forgot his materials and winged it. The best has got to be when Brooklyn forgot his materials and winged it. It was extremely hilarious. I struggle with stage fright. I hate being in front of people.
I have seen more bad presentations then good. Most presenters present the information in a boring an uninteresting way. Presentations tend to lack in creativity and attention holding. More people need to have the enthusiasm that Steve presents. However, many of the topics people are given to present on are topics they have no interest in.
The element of Steve Jobs' I like the most is his enthusiasm. I like the strong beginning and strong ending. I have seen both bad and good presentations. The best presentation was probably this one. One thing I struggle with during a presentation is the lack of talking.
In my time I have seen mostly good presentations. These have been memorable and well stated. Although, I have seen some bad speeches and presentations that did not make the point. The worst presentation I have seen would have been during my experiences at Boys State. The speaker was dull and put almost every person to sleep. The thing that I struggle with the most would be the transition of talking with my friends to talking in front of the class.
The way Steve Jobs relates to everyday people and there lives really catch my interest. The only time I hear presentations is in school, therefore do not know much about presentations. I do know that whenever the presenter gets the audience involved, it makes the presentation more interesting. I greatly enjoy the way Steve puts the presentation into context that I can understand such as how many songs a number o gigabytes is. My struggle in presenting is nervousness. I seem to just get nervous in front of a crowd. Of course if I rehearsed more I would probably do much better.
Steve Jobs had many different types of elements he used in his presentations. The element that I enjoyed the most is that he has a lot of enthusiasm when he talks about his products. Most of the presentations that I have seen are very bad. This is because they are extremely long and boring. The worst presentation that I have ever seen is in one of the college workshops. The presentation was over an hour long with tons of information that would have been better if the lady presenting would of made it more interesting. One thing that I struggle with the most when presenting is that I have a tendency tp say um a lot during my presentation. By Courtney McCaskey
I like that Steve Jobs does not lecture in his presentations. I have seen mostly bad presentations with boring speakers that no one paid attention to. Speaking in class is a hard skill to master. If you are not an outgoing person you may have trouble getting up and talking in front of people. I have the hardest time making eye contact and not stuttering. I also blush really bad and that makes me get laughed at. Speaking in front of people is not one of my strong points.
Steve is very pursuasive. I have seen alot of good presentations as well as bad. Someone who shows demonstrations, uses attractive words, and outside speakers usually hace the best presentations. A great presentations takes time to get together and losts of practice. When I'm presenting, I tend to fidget or pronounce words wrong.
I like the fact that his presentations are vibrant and eye catching. Most presentations I don't think are very affective, they are more boring. I am not so sure about the worst or best presentation I have ever seen. When presenting to the class I struggle with talking in general and I tend to stutter.
The most creative element of Steve Jobs’ presentations I like the most would be the one more thing, and how he sets up his presentations; he uses short bullets with large pictures that mean something. Good effective presentations stick with you more that bad, boring ones. I have seen more bad than good. Truthfully I don’t think I’ve seen an over the top good presentation. I have seen many horrid presentations. When notes are put up on a slide and you have to listen to someone talk about if for a real long time, it makes it very boring and hard to understand when taking notes. My struggle with presenting to a class I would say are putting all the information on the slides and saying the same thing.
I like Steve Job's enthusiasm the most. I have seen mostly bad presentations. The worst presentation I have ever seen was a class presentation for a project. No one knew what they had to say, you could barely understand what they said, you couldn't read what was written on the posters they made, and it was just completely boring. The one thing I struggle with most when presenting is eye contact because I am so nervous to speak in front of everyone.
I really have no idea what my favorite presentation was. I think I have seen more bad presentations then good. Well the worst I have ever seen was when the person kept forgetting what to say and wasn't loud enough for me to hear them. The best I can't really remember. I think I struggle the most with being nervous and just being nervous. That's really it.
I like that he gives his viewers a hint as to what he is going to talk to them about. Also I like that he makes his presentations visual. I have seen more bad presentations in my life time than good ones. Though if presenters take hints from Steve they will get more interested viewers. The worst was the one today in the auditorium. The presenters were dull, unexcited and did not ask many questions. The best was the one was when I was in Smithfeild when I was in the 9th grade. My History teacher was introducing himself to the class and telling us what we were going to be learning and he was asking us questions and he hinted at each thing he was going to teach us but he made what we were going to learn sound fun. Almost cool in a way. My hardest thing about presenting to a class is not stuttering and not looking at the class.
i think i could presentate things for my company beacuse im not really afraid to talk infront of crowds i guese it comes wit likeing to make music cuz you do it for somebody to hear it
Steve Jobs is a very rich man. People just don’t become rich unless they were born with rich parents. He is a very good speaker. If he didn’t know how to speak so well then he probably wouldn’t be as successful. I wish I was like Steve Jobs.
I like his tacky outfit the best. He could have a suit made out of gold. Instead he wears a black shirt and jeans. He acts like hes not richer than every person you know and ever will know by dressing down. I think the presentation I saw today was terrible. His suit made him look fat and his tie was pretty ugly. The best presentation I have ever seen was Ron White. I get nervous when giving presentations because my classmates are scary and look like they want to beat me up.
Steve Jobs' presentation was decent it didn't seem long or boring like most are. I like how he had many pictures showing different examples of his products. Some of the worst presentations I’ve seen had been in my English classes over the years. I don't think many students like to do presentations in front of there peers. I'm not sure what makes it difficult, I think it’s just the fact like some of us don't like to present things.
The element of Steve Jobs' present that I like the most was how he made it interactive. He used his product so the people could get a visual of how it works. The worst presentation I have ever been in is a presentation was in my World History II class. Everyday the teacher would lecture on a Powerpoint. I was bored, annoyed, and didn't learn much of anything. The thing I struggle with is providing too much information.
I think it was cool how he made it interesting. Sitting in presentations can seem like the most miserable thing to sit through, but he made it look enjoyable. He has to be creative though, Steve Job is the founder of Apple. When I present to a class I never know what to say. I cannot just think of things off the top of my head. He made it look so easy.
I can not stand presentations. They drive me crazy to no end. I can't stand getting up in front of people. This could be a bit problematic if I want to be a professor. Altough Steve Job is an awesome presenter.
I love that he uses colorful and fun images. I don't remember the worst presentation I've ever seen. I have seen more good presentations than bad. I hate presenting a project to a lot of people. I get really nervous, and talk fast.
Steve Jobs has an interesting presentation style. I see some pretty good presentations most of the time. The most interesting part of his presentations is the way he presents statistics. I think my presentations are boring. The best presentation I've seen is Sony's conference at E3 2010.
I really like this video! I like the part when Steven uses a lot of pictures in his presentation! The one thing that I struggle with while doing a presentation is the fact that everyone eyes are on me. The more I do it though the better I get. Other than that I think that I am good a presenting!
The element of Steve Jobs's presentation that I like the most is that he's open with his presentations. He uses a lot of vocabulary in his presentations. I've mostly seen good presentations. The worst presentation I've seen was mine when I messed up one of the slides and it wasn't coordinated. The one thing i struggle with the most when presenting to a class is public speaking.
The best part of Steve Jobs presentation to me was making things visual. It keeps you guessing what you’re going to see next. Visualization keeps the presentation interesting. I think I’ve seen more bad presentations the good. The worst I’ve seen was the presentation today. He didn’t make it fun he wasn’t excited about what he was talking about even if it was about cyber bulling. It was actually very boring. The worst part for me in presenting is actually standing up in front of people to talk. Even though I do talk to a lot of people and I’m kind of loud I can’t present knowing everyone is watching my every move and listening to my every word.
