Describe your reaction to the video. Who do you think is to blame for the victim's death? Do you think "Hiccup Girl" should be charged with first degree murder?
I was shocked to hear a Hiccup Girl killing someone. I think the persone that killed the victim should be at blame. I do not think that heccups relates to someone elses death. If Hiccup Girl commited a crime, then she should be charged with first degree murder.
My reaction is that people do some stupid things these days in our society. I think that all three of the people who robbed him are to blame, because they were the people who robbed and were their to see the victim be shot and die. Yes she should be charged with murder, she was an accomplice to the crime.
My reaction to the video is that i was shocked. I really dont know who is to blame because really its a messed up situation. No, i do not think "Hiccup Girl" should be charged with first degree murder she should at least be charged with accessory to murder.
Yes I believe that she should be held accountable for her actions. I believe that everybody in this case should be held accountable for their actions in the way that the law sees fit. I understand that there are many things and different situations that are occurring. Besides this I believe that she should be charged with murder, maybe not in the first degree though.
I was kind of dazed and confused at first and I have never heard of hiccup girl. She should definitely be charged if she was at the scene with the robbers. If she lured him into the house to get robbed she basically killed him herself. She should be treated as if she had murdered him. How does her hiccups have to do with anything besides she gets hiccups.
It is really sad that an innocent person was shot and killed. The person who pulled the trigger is to blame for the victim's death. Just because she was there doesn't mean she should charged with first degree murder but if she had something to do with it then she should be charged.
This story is just despicable. How could she willingly lead that guy to his demise? He was excited to finally find someone and turns out she was going to use his trust and rob him. In my opinion she is just as guilty as the guy that shot Shannon. She does deserve the 1st degree charge.
Well, seeing that my brother was involved in a similar crime and is now on house arrest, this girl should be prosecuted under harsh sentence. Like my brothers case, a girl set a guy up and got him robbed and killed. Her hiccups had nothing to do with the decision making process. She should have thought of the consequences before she brought a stranger over to be robbed.
I honestly have no idea why someone would do this. I think they would all be at fault for his death, the girl got him there and the others, robbed and killed him. I think she should, she knew what was going to happen and she still went through with it.
I do think that the “Hiccup Girl” should get charged with first degree murder. She was involved in a murder. Though she did not shoot the gun it’s the law that if your part of it you get the same charge. I believe it’s the girl and the two other guys fault for the victim’s death. He didn’t know what he was going into. He thought he was going to meet a girl. It’s not really shocking that a situation like this happened because it happens more then people realize with drug deals and things like that.
My reaction to this video is that the victim should know better than to trust anyone on a social network. This is a lesson learned by the victims family and also many other people that were close to him. I think that the two men who killed the victim should be reliable for the murder. But, you never really know if the murder was planned or not between the two men and the "Hiccup Girl". I think that the "Hiccup Girl" should be charged with first degree murder if she knew what was going to happen to the victim but, if she had no clue to what was going on then she shouldn't get the charge. I don’t understand why out of all the people to rob she picked a guy who worked at Wal-mart. I’m not saying that’s a bad job but it doesn’t exactly pay loads and loads of money. Even if the robbery had worked without the guy getting shot, they couldn’t have gotten a lot of money especially if they had to split it between three people. I wonder if the guy knew that the girl he was talking to was the “hiccup girl.” I also wonder if the family of the victim thinks the girl should be charged with murder or if they blame the other two guys involved more.
This is the weirdest thing I have ever heard. I do not know whether the “Hiccup Girl” is to blame, because I do not know all of the facts. If there is evidence that she knew before hand what was going to happen; then yes, I think that she deserves to be charged with first degree murder. If she did not know about the attack before hand and she was too shocked to call anyone then she does not deserve to be charged with first degree murder. It all depends on the facts of the case.
I thought the video was weird. I do not think that the “Hiccup Girl” actually murdered the guy but I do believe she was involved with it. The girl should be charged with whatever she actually did. This is a strange case involving a strange circumstance.

I think that the girl has problems. The girl probably murdered the guy. It doesn’t matter if she had low self esteem or not. Everybody at some point suffers from low self esteem. I hope she goes to jail if found guilty.
