Last night I didn’t watch any of Obama’s speech. I do agree with the war in Afghanistan, because they seem like a threat. In my opinion I think that Obama will end the war quicker. I think that his plan is similar to Busch’s. Both the Presidents plan will have to make sacrifices to get what they want.

I didn't catch President Obama's speech last night, I think I was watching Victoria secrets fashion show. I'm not sure how I feel about the war if it's needed or not. Being I’m sure it has its good reasons and its bad ones so I’m just not sure how I actually feel about it. I haven't really followed Obama's war plans so I didn't know what he was going to do with the war. I think there is always information that the public does not know and there is a reason why we have to continue this war and lose so many people. A reason we can’t know about but is not a reason to send all of our people out there.

No, I didn't watch the Obama speech last night. I don't agree with the war in Afghanistan, I think that what they do is their business, and we need to bring out troops home. I thought that Obama was going to bring our troops home and let this war come to an end. I thought that by now all our troops would be home. Obama's plan is very similar to Bush's plan. However, Obama is trying to make it seem like it is his own ideas and work.

No I did not watch it. I do agree with the war because they are in a hole and since we got into it because of the previous president we should continue to help. I think he is going to get us into another war right after this war. I think it is very similar to Bush's plan. The reason is because Bush wanted to send more troops hoping it would end quicker if we overwhelm them and it sounds like Obama wants to do the same thing.

No, I did not watch any of President Obama's speech. I do not agree with the war in Afghanistan and Pakistan because it is wrong. We do not have a good reason to be attacking them. They have not tried to do anything to us yet. I think Obama would end it differently than he is. In my opinion, I think President Obama's plan is worse than Bush's plan because he is attacking for no reason at all. All he is saying is they could threat us, but they haven't.

No, I did not watch President Obama's speech last night. Honestly, I didn't even know it was on. All of these political conflicts are very overwhelming. It's very hard to understand who really is right and who is wrong. I don't know what I agree with. I hope President Obama would soon end the war against Al Qaeda and the Taliban. I think Obama's ideas are worth trying. I really think he wants the best for our country.

I didn't watch President Obama's speech last night. I don't really understand all the heated politics. I understand that President Obama is trying to prevent the terrorism from spreading, but enough lives have been lost. We have been in the war for a long time and I think it is time to bring the troops home. I feel sorry for all the troops that are over seas and don't get to spend the holidays with their families.

No I did not watch any of Obama's speech last night. I don't really agree with the war in Afghanistan. So many people are getting hurt from both our country and the enemy countries. I don't really no how he had planned to end the war. I just really hope that they come back soon. From what he said in the speech his plan is pretty much the same as Bush's plan.

I did watch Obama's speech last night. I have to say that I understand why we are at war but I'm not sure if I agree with it. I don't like the idea of being in war. I didn't think about how the war would end. I do think that he has a good plan to get our of Afghanistan and Pakistan. President Obama's plan is very similar to former President Bush's plan. They both think that if there is a possible threat on our homeland then we should be at war. I don't know if I agree with that. It seems like a good idea, but if we haven't actually gotten a threat then why would we go to war?

I didn’t watch any of the President Obama’s speech last night. I don’t agree with the war in Afghanistan and Pakistan. We have been in war for a long time because of the 9/11 attack. I think that Obama would end the war against Al Qaeda and the Taliban differently. I think Obama’s plan is way better then Bush’s plan because he seem like that he wouldn’t try to keep the troops over there for a long period of time.

No, I did not watch any of President Obama’s speech last night. I do not agree with the war in Afghanistan and Pakistan, because they are fighting for no reason. I do think that Obama would end the war against Al Qaeda and the Taliban but not as quickly. I think that his plan is a little similar to former President Bush’s plan. They both sent troops to the war instead of sending them hope right away.

First of all, as "bad" of a president as Bush was, he has been out of office for over a year now and people need to stop badgering him. Second of all, war is a horrible thing but it was nesissary. Did everyone forget about what happened at 9/11. What happened to all those people? Did we all forget what we are fighting for? To keep our home land safe! The Muslim Radicals in those areas hate Americans and believe we are in a Holy War, a Jihad. They want to kill us because we are Infidels and Alah commands it. I'm tired of this war as much as anyone else but it is keeping us safe.

No, i didnt watch the speech last nite. I really don't agree with the war. We have been fighting numerous amount of years and their hasn't been any good from the war so far. I think it a worst idea because if we haven't found anything that we are looking for.Nothing good has came from this war eithier.-Alia H.

I did not watch President Obama's speech last night. I agree with the war in Afghanistan and Pakistan. We need to send more troops over there because it is becoming out of control overseas. I hope this action will help end the war. I think President Obama's plan is very different from Bush's plan because he has somewhat set a specific date to draw our forces back.

I didn't know about President Obama's speech last night. Right now, I agree with the war on terrorism in Afghanistan. And I do agree that we should move into Pakistan. I agree with Obama's decisions about troop movement into Afghanistan and Pakistan. I think that the soldiers over in Afghanistan and Pakistan need the troops and reinforcements. Right now, we need to make sure the Al Qaeda is supressed and diminished enough for us to pull out. I think President Obama's plan is better than Bush's plan.

I don't watch anything political, I think its a waste of time. I think that the war is for a good cause but I don't see why they have to bomb us to start with. I believe that if anything Obama is just gonna make things worst. I haven't really paid much attention to either president's decisions. Although I guarantee that he won't do any better than Bush... I did not watch any of the speech last night, but I did hear what it was supposed to be about. I don't really know if I agree or disagree with the war. I was young when it started, but I do think that once you're deep in it you can't just pull the troops out all of a sudden. He did sound like in the beginning his plan was to quickly end the war, but that's not exactly what he's doing right now. He has definitely sent quite a few soldiers out there, and I don't know who was right or wrong in my opinion, but once things are started you have to get the job done or all the fighting meant nothing to begin with.

No I did not watch his speech, but I knew what he was going to say. I also read what he is doing online... I do 100% agree with the war over sees in Afghanistan and Pakistan. If we let go now, both groups will arise and attack the USA and our Allies suck as Israel... No I don't think he will bring our troops out and I also hope he doesn't. We need to protect our National Security. It is almost the same as Bush's but a little worse. He says he will bring troops home, then send them, then bring, then send and so on...

No, I didn't watch any of his speech last night. As a matter of fact, I don't remember watching any television yesterday. I had a busy day. I don't agree with the war, it's gone on way to long. It's so stupid and ridiculous! Honestly, I didn't know he was planning to end the war. Like I just said, I honestly don't know. Sorry.

I didn't watch any of his speech last. I was going to, but I changed my mind. I don't agree with the war and in my opinion we shouldn't have EVER went over there and got all up in their stuff. I think its stupid that we're even in the war. I think Bush shouldn't have sent those troops over there. If he wouldn't have sent the troops over there then we wouldn't have to worry about them coming over here and attacking us. I thought Obama was for ending the and frankly I really didn't care how he did it. I think Obama's plan is kind of better then Bush's because it seems he's has plans to end it, but I don't know. Right now it just seems that we're fighting for nothing, but I believe if we leave now that there is going to bee a real threat because they're going to hate us for being over there.

I did not watch any of the president’s speech. I actually have never seen any of his speeches, besides the one he gave when he was elected president. I don’t agree with war period, but I do believe that as president he needs to make sure that our country is safe. I didn’t think that he would end the war very quickly, because those kinds of things take time. I mean I look at as Obama knows what’s best for the country. If we need more troops over seas to protect America, then that’s what he’ll have to do.

I didn't watch President Obama's speech last night. I disagree with the war in Afghanistan and Pakistan but if we don't have troops over there they might try to bomb us thinking that we backed off. I didn't think President Obama would end the war against Al Qaeda and the Taliban quicker or differently than he decided. I honestly don't get into politics like others. From what I have heard I think President Obama's plan is better and worse at the same time. I agree with some choices that he is making but others I disagree with.

Last night I didn't watch President Obama's speech. Yes and no; I think at the beginning it had it's cause but now the government is just dragging it on and all it's causing is loss for us as a nation. I thought he was going to drawl them out few units at a time until we had everyone out, not put 30,000 more in. I think that It's basically the same because there both putting Americans into a, what is now, a pointless death for many men and women. But I think that Obama will eventually end this war before he steps out of office. James St. Peter

No, I did not watch none of the President Obama's speech last night. No, I do not agree with the war in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Because it is no reason for us to be at war anymore. And I think President Obama would end the war against Al Qaeda and the Taliban differently than bush. I think President Obama's plan is worse to former President Bush's plan. Because he never been in the war. That means that he never had experieced of how to end a war.

I didn't watch the speech last night. The war is dumb in my opinion. It just is the most pointless war. We shouldn't have been bombed and we shouldn't have went over there in the first place. I'm not sure if he'd end the war differently, I'm just not a big Obama fan. I didn't like Bush either. I think their plan is very similar because they are sending many people over there and not doing anything else.

No, I didn't watch Obama's speech last night! In general, I do not agree with war. I am not a war kind of person. Although, when it comes to protecting our country that is very important. On the contrary, since we have troops fighting we can't just pull them all out now. I don't really even know if there is someone that can truly get us out of this. For example, all our debt is ridiculous. I can't really tell if Obama is better, worse, or similar to Bush's. I pray for some sort of positive change!

No I really don't watch it at all. I really think it should not go on at all.I think you have to give him time to think about it. He may just end it quickly then you think. To tell you the truth it's the dumbness thing I have heard. Why would he do something like that to the soldiers. He is so wrong to what he is doing to them. What a stupid idea to me I will not every do anything like that if I was president.

I did not watch President Obama's speech last night. I sort of agree with the war but I kind of disagree with the war in Afghanistan and Pakistan at the same. I think that if we do not send troops over then they will start to come over and bomb us. But then again all of those troops get killed while trying to fight for this country. I think it will take time to end that war because he can not just go over there and bring our troops home in a week. It will take longer than that. President Obama's plan is sort of similar to former President Bush's plan. All former President Bush wanted to do was send over troops and start wars in places that did not even bother this country but at least President Obama is sending more troops to places that actually did something to this country.

Yes I did watch the President's speech last night. I don't agree with the wars I think their a waste of time. I don't think were benefitting fromt the war, all were doing is killing our troops. I'm not sure what President Obama will do but I hope he will straitin otu the huge mess Bush has created.

I so not watch anything that is government related because it is boring! I do not agree with war period, because what point does it prove. When you look at it, everyone loses. Families are thrown apart and innocent lives are taken away. I think that sending more troops will only make Al Qaeda and the Taliban feel threaten, which will make the war longer. President Obama is proving himself to be just as STUPID as Bush. Why send over more troops when there is really no threat.

I did not watch President Obama's speech last night. I agree with both sides of the war in Afghanistan but I think we shouldn't be there eight years after it started. When Obama took office I guessed that the war wouldn't end soon. You can't just pull all the troops out of Afghanistan right away. The Bush doctrine in my opinion is not very smart because I you can't just send troops off when you THINK something is going to happen. Anything can happen but you can't be sure until it actually does happen.-Nik Powl#╝ÂșE™7┌⌠

No, I didn't watch the speech last night. I don't agree with the war because that's not our business. If theeir president or dictator has a problem with it, they will fix it. I didn't think he would pull our troops out immediately which he hasn't so no surprise there. I think don't think his plan is better or worse, I just don't like it because they are sending even more of our troops over there.
