Did you ever sit on a mall Santa's lap when you were little? Do you remember how old you were the last time you sat on Santa's knee and told him what you wanted for Christmas? What would you tell Santa you want for Christmas this year? Do you think mall Santa's are creepy? Why or why not? Will you take your child to see Santa?

I use to sit on Santa's lap every year when I was younger. I was about 11 or 12 the last time I sat on Santa's lap. My brother and sister were about 3 or 4 so I had to get them to take a picture with him. I want a lift and tires on my truck for Christmas. Some Santa's are creepy, but for the most part they are okay. Of course I will take my child to see Santa; that's if they still allow Santa's!

Yes I did sit on Santa's lap when I was little. I was probably like 8 or 9. This year I would ask for courage lol. For real I would ask for a little money for my trip with my friends and a better house for my mom. Yes, I do believe that they are very creepy and a little scary. They look different then you would think that a Santa would look like and their breath stinks really bad and their eyes are a little mean and unpatient. Yes, I probably will its a tradition.

Yes, I use to love to go to the mall during Christmas time and sit on Santa's lap and tell him everything I wanted. I can't remember the last time I sat on Santa's knee but it was when I was younger. All I want for Christmas this year is money and an I-Pod touch. No not really I never thought about them that way till I saw this video. Yes, I probably will still take my child to see the Santa.

I somewhat remember sitting on Santa's lap. It brings back memories while looking at me on his lap in pictures. I was probably about five the last time I sat on his lap. I don't remember what I told him what I wanted. I have never been to a mall Santa believe it or not. I am sure I will end up taking my child to see Santa.

My parents tried to make me sit on a mall Santa's lap, but I cried my way out of it. I think I was 3 when that happened. That is the only thing I remember about a mall Santa. I would tell Santa a lot of things I would want for Christmas. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is amung those things. So is Assassin's Creed 2, a new TV, and Xbox 360 Elite, and some other things. I do think mall Santa's are creepy. They freak me out, even to this day. But not to the point I cry though. I might take my child to see a mall Santa, if i decide to have kids, or get married.

When I was little, I used to sit on Santa's lap and have my picture taken every year. Everytime I went to see him I would tell him what I wanted and get a candy cane. I don't remember the last time I sat on Santa's lap because it was a long time ago. This year I would tell Santa that I want clothes and games for my Wii. I think it's good that some people dedicate their time to dress up as Santa and let young children come sit on their lap and say what they want for Christmas. It makes the idea of Santa sound more real for little kids and it helps with the Christmas spirit. I will definitely take my children to go sit on Santa's lap and take a picture.

I sat on Santa's lap when I was little. I cannot remember the last time I sat on his lap. All I can remember is sometime when I was little. If I was to go and sit on his lap, I wouldn't know what to wish for. I would probably say something small like a cell phone or Hot Topic products. It depends on if the Santa is drunk or not if I think he is creepy. If I had a child, I would probably take him to see Santa, but I'm not sure. I do not have kids right now.

I have sat on Santa’s lap at the mall before when I was little. I can not remember the last time I sat on Santa’s lap. It was way too long ago for me to remember. I don’t think I would ask Santa for anything this year because I am not used to getting anything for Christmas. Much attention does not come from me to the mall Santa. I would let my child sit on the mall Santa’s lap.

I never did that as a child. I've always been too poor to do anything for Christmas. There have been a few times when I got a cd or a new pair of pants but Christmas for my familly has always been: Mom and I make dinner, dad plays with me (and my brother when he was around), and we give the good scraps to the dogs. We would then take the dogs outside into the yard and go for a walk and maybe watch a movie together. I never beleived in Santa Claus because I knew there was no magical man that would give me whatever. I knew that it takes money and that my parents just didn't have. That sort of thing just never happened with me and I don't mind. Giving to others is the best gift to me.
Yes, I did sit on santa's lap when I was little. I think that the last time I sat on Santa's lap was when I was about three, because thats when I started being afraid of santa clause. Money, because I think that money makes people happy:) . I really don't think that mall santa's are creepy and yes I think I would take my child to go see santa.

Yes I did sit on Santa's lap when I was younger. I was a toddler, only really remember sitting with him once but there could have been more times. This year I have just been asking for money, my mom doesn't think that any fun but I can use it so much more then an item I don’t like of have no need for. That and it could never get used where I can spend the money and get what I want and can use for a while. Mall Santa can be creepy, but sometimes and actually nice guy who’s not in it for a little bit of money, but to make the children smile and keep the Christmas spirit going. At the moment I’m not sure if I'm having kids, but if I had one I may take him or her at least once for memory purposes.

I have never sat on a mall Santa's lap. I grew up with five other kids and if one does something everyone would have to so we never did things like that. If I did sit on his lap this year I would ask for a car I could call my own and an acceptance letter into college. I don't really think that the mall Santa's are creepy. They're just there to provide some spirit for Christmas. I would probably take my children to see Santa, it gives them imagination.

No I never sat on Santa when I was little... I didn't really trust them and I didn't like really like them either. I would like a car if all possible. But I don't really ask for much. Only money because I don't want something to expensive or cheap. I think Mall Santa's are creepy yes. No I would not take my child to go see Santa...

No, I never sat on a mall Santa's lap. I don't remember how old I was the last time I sat on Santa's knee. Actually, I don't think I ever have sat on Santa's knee. I would tell him I wanted a Wii and Wii Fit. I don't want too much for Christmas. No, mall Santa's aren't creepy. I love mall Santa's, because I like to see a little child's face light up. If I have children, then I'll definitely take them to see Santa. Santa is awesome!

I used to always love going to see Santa. Last time I sat on Santa's lap was probably when I was like 7 or 8. If I saw Santa this year I would probably tell him I want a new guitar amp because my guitar amp SUCKS. Mall Santas are creepy but they do it to get paid... although I'm sure some of them do it for free... ew. My child is not goiing to get raped by no mall Santa!

I have never sit on Santa's lap at a mall, for pictures, for nothing! Santa really scares me, I do not know why, but he does. If I believed in Santa, I would tell him I wanted a million bucks. I think that mall Santa's are the creepiest ones because it is some random man who could be thinking about what colors panties you have on for all you know. Never in my lifetime will I take my child to see Santa, unless it is her father in a Santa suit. By the way, what is wrong with that first Santa...perfect example!
~Andrea Johnson
I always went to get my picture with Santa, but I always cried when I was little. I was scared. I was probably like 4 last time I sat on Santa's lap, though. I want a new phone this year. Mall Santa's are a bit creepy sometimes, but sometimes they're not. Some people just want to do it for the joy of kids. If my kid wants to see Santa they can, but I'll be with them the whole time to make sure he's okay.
Erica Owens
I don’t not ever remember sitting on Santa’s lap when I was a baby, but I remember sitting on the Easter Bunny’s lap for Easter. If I were to go to the mall and sit on Santa’s lap I would tell him that I would like a green iPod, and some new clothes. The mall Santa that I thought was the creepiest was the Santa that was holding the little boy that was crying. I thought it was creepy because of the way he was looking lol. When I have kids I will probably take them to sit on Santa’s lap, because it’s a cute photo album or picture from photo.

I never sat on Santa's lap when I was little because I was afraid of him. The last time when I sat on Santa's lap and told him what I wanted was when I was like ten. That was right before my world was turned upside down and I found out that Santa was my parents. Not all mall Santas are creepy but sometimes in every profession you are going to get some oddball. I might take my child to see Santa if he wants to go.-Nick Powell ™┘o┘
When I was little I did sit on Santa's lap in the mall. I think I was like six the last time I sat on Santa's lap and told him what I wanted for Christmas. I would tell Santa that I want a new digital camera for Christmas this year. Some of the mall Santa's are creepy. Sometimes they look like they would run off with your child if they sat on his lap. I will take my child to see Santa as long as they look jolly and not creepy.
~Shaquii
When I was little I did sit on Santa's lap. I was about 5 years old the last time I sat on Santa's lap and told him what I wanted for Christmas. This year I'm not sure what I would tell Santa I want for Christmas. I do think that the mall Santa is creepy because now that I know he isn't real it's just the thought of why would they want that job? A whole bunch of little kids sitting on his lap. I will take my child to see Santa because it is somethings I want to remember.

I think I got my picture taken with Santa like 2 or 3 times before. The last picture I got taken with Santa was in like first grade I think. There really isn't anything I really want this year that I would ask for. I never thought the mall Santa was creepy, I mean when you think about it maybe I guess, but I would've never thought of it that way. I don't think this would stop me from taking my child to see Santa, especially on like his first Christmas. It's just something that's very popular.

When I was little my mom took my siblings and I to the mall every year. The last time I sat on the Santa's knee for the last time when I was eight. The only thing I would ask for this year would be Money to get ready for graduation and to do a few other things too. I always thought that mall Santa's are creepy, because for one they all smell weird and for the main reason they act like they are special and they aren't. No, I would just dress up as him my self and act like I'm just stopping by to ask him questions one time before Christmas. James St. Peter
No, I have never sat on Santas lap at the mall when I was little. I did take a picture with Santa one time and I was still the age I am now which is 15. If I were to tell Santa what I wanted for Christmas I really would'nt know what to tell him. Im not really to sure what I want for Christmas so I normally have to show my parents what I want for Christmas because I can never really think of anything that I want right off the top of my head. I don't think that mall Santas are creepy because I just don't. Yes I will take my child to see Santa but its there choice if they want to sit in his lap or not because I would'nt make them.-Cadeja Wilson
Last time I sat on Santa's lap was when I was about 10. It was when I wasn't with my parents, so I asked santa to go home for christmas and I made Santa cry. It upset me so much that I made him cry that I could never sit on his lap agian. If I ever had the courage to sit on his lap again I would apologize to him for making him upset, and I would let him know that my wish never came true but that i'm ok. I would however wish that I could spend it with my Boyfriend and be able to really enjoy the holidays even though my parents won't be there. I think that Santa is a very precious thing in a childs life and I would definately let my child see santa. I would however be cautious while my child would be on Santa's lap.

I sat on Santa's lap when I was a kid. I'm not sure, but I think the last time I sat on Santa's lap was probably when I was seven or eight. This year I want an iPod Touch, games for my Wii, the Sims 3, clothes, the Converse i like, and some other new shoes. That's not really a lot. I think mall Santa's are creepy. They just look so weird. I don't know if I'll take my child to see Santa. I might just make someone in my family dress up as Santa for Christmas instead of going to see a complete stranger.

No, I never sat on Santa's lap. On contrary, I cried when ever I saw a Santa in the mall, I thought Santa's in the mall were creepy. I believe in Santa until I was like 7. The one thing I remember asking for a Barbie dream house..I never got it. I thought and still think mall Santa's are extremely creepy. They seem creepy because they appear weird and shifty eyes.
