CBS is televising two advertisements intended to promote the network's upcoming broadcasts of "Frosty the Snowman" and "Frosty Returns." The advertisements take authentic dialog from CBS television shows "How I Met Your Mother" and "Two and a Half Men" and dub it on top of the cartoon classic.

I think that the cartoons were funny. I would not say that they were inappropriate. The dialogue is from the shows that air on public television. I think that they will be successful in promoting the cartoon. The cartoons are advertising comedy moments so I think that people will watch it.

I thought the ads were funny. The second one was too innapropriate. I think the ads will not be successful in promoting Frosty and Frosty Returns. But back to the ads. They were funny, but at the same time, inappropriate.

I think the advertisements shouldn't be shown on television. The Two and a Half Men was funnier. They both were inappropriate for young children to see. I think the advertisements brought the shows bad publicity. They shouldn't have taken a wholesome cartoon and make it into something dirty.

I think the first one was kind of funny but the second was a little over board. It's funny for the internet and adults because things like that can be cencored for kids. they should not show that on tv. children could turn it on and think that its the real cartoon but repeat it all and get in trouble.
I thought the advertisements were funny. They were funny but they aren’t appropriate for children. The things they have Frosty the snowman are saying aren’t made for children ears. WOW, They first one was funny. However, the second one was completely inappropriate. I wouldn't want these to be on my tv, especially if I have kids. The promoting of these Frosty Cartoons, may be succesful with older kids and adults. Its more of an adult show. Younger kids, under the age of 13 should not be watching these.

The advertisements were somewhat inappropriate. They really were not even that funny. No child should see something like that. The second advertisement was more inappropriate than the first one. I don't think the advertisements will be successful because of how inappropriate they are.

I like the second one better than the first one because the second one was funny so I like the second one better than the first one. I think the first one was kind of crazy because the frosten snow had something in his mouth and I don't know what that was. I think that the advertisements for the show were really inappropriate. Some people might find them funny, but a lot of people would think they were inappropriate. Using a character that a lot of little kids watch and making him into a bad character isn't a good idea. I don't think that the advertisements will be successful in promoting the upcoming Frosty cartoons. Things like that are really inappropriate for TV.

I thought that the advertisements were funny to an extent.I don't think that they are appropriate for children but It doesn't really matter about adults because they already know this stuff. I think that the advertisements will be successful because there are millions of American's out here that want to watch Frosty The Snowman act like that.

The advertisements were bad. The second one was the funniest. They were inappropriate especially for a cartoon; because if a child is that is old enough to understand watches it than it they might repeat it. I don’t think it would be successful because of kids that might want to look at the cartoon. When making cartoon and putting them live television and on certain channel you have to think about kids and not just adults.

I think the advertisements are okay but only for adults. Kids do not need to be watching that. I didn't find them that funny. They were very inappropriate because they were talking about porn and other sexual stuff. I don't think it will be successful because I don't think parents would want their kids to watch that.

I think that this advertisement degrades frosty the snow man. I did actually find it very hilarious. No they are not approiate at all especially for little kids. I wouldn't want my child watching it at all. No child should know what half thos words me. No i don't think it will be successful for frosty but maybe those other shows. It makes it look like frosty is saying those bad thing and when its really the other shows who have that dialoge.

Well I thought the advertisements were pretty hilarious. They were not appropriate, but very funny. I do not believe it will be successful in promoting the upcoming Frosty cartoons. It will start some controversy because some parents believe that these are inappropriate comments. But I do believe that this will help promote the individual television shows.

I think that that the videos were a poor way to advertise Frosty the Snowman and the television shows. I don't think what they were saying is something that children should hear and relate to Frosty the Snowman. I didn't find them funny; you would have to watch the show routinely to follow the dialogue. They were completely inappropriate. I don't think that they will promote Frosty in a successful way. If parents see the inappropriate Snowman advertised why would they want to get their family to sit down and watch it together?

The advertisements are really funny, but not for children. I don't know if it's meant for kids or not but it's inappropriate for tham but it's fine for adults or teens. It's appropriate because I already watch those shows without the frosty cartoon, so it's just more funny now. I think they will be successful in promoting the upcoming cartoons. I think this because people like funny and this is funny. Will the upcoming frosty cartoons be like this or like the original cartoon?

Wow, I have never heard or watched these before. They are not funny at all. I also believe they are very inappropriate for young children, especially 5-12 year old kids... I mean why would they do this it makes no sense to me. I don't know whether it will be successful or not...

The advertisements were funny, I admit, but I do not think they should have combined a children's movie with these inappropriate shows. I would not want my child walking around talking about sleeping with someone’s grandmother. This is a perfect example of how television has a negative affect on children. Especially younger children who repeat everything they hear. Unfortunately, I think it will be successful, although it is completely rude!

I thought that the advertisement were degrading. Yes, I will admit that they were funny but they shouldn't mix frosty in with the rude advertisement. Yes it will be successful only because Americans think things like that are funny.

These were very inappropriate. They were funny, but they shouldn't mix the cartoon with adult shows. Kids love cartoons, I wouldn't want my kid to watch it. They probably will promote Frosty, but for adults. I doubt many people will let their kids watch it.

I thought they were very inappropriate. They were kinda funny, but are still very inappropriate. They shouldn't implement sex and alcohol into children's cartoons. I doubt many mothers will let their children watch these shows. The dads on the off-hand probably could care less. Either way, most adults don't want their young children associated with sex.
I think that it is really wrong and they shouldn't put this type of stuff on television. It was a little funny but that isn't the point, the point is that this will be viewed in front of children. I definitely don't think that they were appropriate for television viewing because it’s perverted and kids are watching this channel. CBS should be ashamed of themselves. I think the advertisements are funny, but highly inappropriate. They were really funny and I laughed at them, but they probably shouldn't have used a children's cartoon. I think is was inappropriate because suppose a kid was watching that. That's not appropriate for kids. I think they might promote the Frosty cartoons, but then again they might not. Some parents might not want their kids to see the commercial.

These advertisements were interesting. Some of them were funny. These advertisements were inappropriate. In one of them, the snowman talks about porn. That is not appropiate for children to be watching. I do not think that the advertisements will be successful in promoting the Frosty cartoons. Parents are not going to want their children to watch a snowman talk about porn and boobs.

I thought they were inappropriate for commercials, because the media shouldn't advertise something like that knowing that children will watch it. Some parts were funny, but that doesn't make them suitable for children. No, they were not appropriate. I can't imagine the reaction of a mother if her little son or daughter sees those commercials. I don't think they will promote the show. If anything they'll put a negative affect on the show, because less parents will allow their young children to watch it.
I think the advertisements were a little to much to be a cartoon. Little kids watch that kind of stuff. They had some funny points but not for children at all. It was inappropriate for so many reasons; they don't need to hear that kind of stuff being that young. I'm not sure if the cartoons will be successful or not. It could either go really good or really bad based on the things they say.

I thought that the advertisements were very inappropriate for children. Children should'nt have to here things like that espeacially when it is dealing with a cartoon that most young children are drawn to. I think that they wont be successful but not that many people will appreciate the fact of them having Frosty the Snowman saying things like that because children will pick up the habit of saying things like that. I cannot believe that CBS would make something like that. First it is degrading to a classic Christmas cartoon. Kids will see the cartoon because they like the cartoon and here the talk that is on it they will remember it. They are to young to realize the right from the wrong and they might repeat it. Some of the advertisements I found to be funny, but some parts I didn’t find very funny at all. Some of them I thought they were some what appropriate, but others I found to be very inappropriate. I don’t think that the advertisements will be very successful. I don’t the cartoons are going to be successful because parents probably won’t let their kids watch the cartoons, because they will probably figure that the cartoons will be like the commercial. I also don’t think it will be successful because when adults turn to it and realize its just a regular cartoon, they will probably change the channel.

I think it is funny to me but it won't be funny to little kids. I mean it is Frosty that is just wrong to make jokes like that on a kids cartoon. The jokes are very inappropriate. I feel like they should of been on the website first got feedback and then, decide to air them on television. This to me is what is wrong with our upcoming generations.
