Have you ever seen "Full House"? If so, did you like the show? Were you surprised to hear that squeaky clean, Stephanie Tanner was an alcoholic and drug user? Do you think her story is similar to many teenagers' stories today? Why or why not?

I've seen "Full House" many times, and I loved watching it when I was in middle and high school. It was one of my favorite television shows! I was very surprised to hear that the girl who played Stephanie Tanner was an alcoholic and drug abuser. I know it's not always right, but I usually associate an actress' character with her real-life personality. I think there are many teenagers who share her story. I've had many friends who did their best to become anything but nice, wholesome, young ladies. But all they ended up with were regrets and a forfeited reputation.
I did used to watch Full House. And to be honest, I used to love that show. This video is shocking to me because the girl who plays Stephanie was so good in the show. It doesn’t seem like she would do drugs and alcohol. Personally I think that there are many teenagers out there today that build up a lot of stress and fall to drugs and alcohol. But I think that this can only happen to a person if they choose to do so, even if they know it isn’t right.

I have seen "Full House" many many times, it use to be my favorite show. No, I wasn't surprised to see her using drugs. It seems many people that start out as young movie stars grow up to try to find something that connects them to the real world, which in most cases comes to drugs. I think they look to drugs because once they have tried it once the feeling it gives them kind of makes them invisible, and relieves the stress in their lives. Her story is very similar to teenagers today. Many teens don't know where to turn to or how to fit in so they look at the wrong choices for answers. I think that Jodi knows she didn't do the right thing, and is trying to fix that the best way she can.

I've seen "Full House" several times; it was just a show I watched if there was nothing better on. I hade just the regular 5-7 channels and there wasn't too much on. Stephanie Tanner is just another person who has gone down a drug related path like many others, so it doesn't really surprise me. I think she says she is ready to turn around and make up for what she has done, but at the same time doesn't really care. To me it seems like she has a whatever attitude about it all.

I've seen "Full House" a couple of times, and didn't really think much to it. I was very surprised to hear her say she was an alcoholic and drug user. I think her story is similar to many teenagers' stories today because most of them say the same thing. They want to be cool in high school and party until dawn. Then after they graduate and years down the road; they regret it.

Yes, I have seen the show Full House plenty of times. I did like the show it was kind of funny sometimes. I did like the show it was kind of funny sometimes. Yes, I could never see her being on drugs or being an alcoholic. I do feel that it is similar to many teen stories today. Most teen have that put right in their faces and are pressure to use them. –Alia H.
I have seen "Full House" a lot and i would say it is one of my favorite old shows. To be honest no I wasn't because you always hear about children stars rebelling after awhile because the people watching it think of them one way and make it think that they have to be that way all the time. Yes I do because alot of parents suclude their children from making their own mistakes and don't see that they need to learn things for them self and they begin to rebell against everything because people expect them to be one way and that way only.

I have seen "Full House" many times. I watched it a lot growing up. I have previously heard that the actress that played Stephanie was an alcoholic and drug user, but when I first heard the news I was very surprised. I think her story is similar to many teenagers' stories today because most teenagers are just trying to find a way to fit in. I have never personally done anything like that to fit in because if you need to drink and do drugs to fit into a group, it's not a group worth being involved with.

I have never seen Full House before. I wasnt really shocked because I have never heard of her and her reputation. But I do think that she was wrong to do all of those drugs and drink like she did. I think her story is similar to many teenager's stories today. Because in this age in time, some teens feel neglected and hurt. So they turn to drugs when they think they are alone.

Yes, I have seen "Full House" and I still watch it. I loved the show. I was very surprised that Stephanie Tanner was an alcoholic. It's very shocking. I do think her story is very similar to teenagers' stories today because a lot of people try and hide what they are doing. I didn't think it was right for her to give those speeches while she was still using drugs. However, it is good that she is finally confessing.

I do remember watching episodes of Full House. The show was very mediocre to me. Learning that Stephanie Tanner was an alcoholic and drug user did not shock me at all. I do not think I can say her story is similar to teenager's stories today. I can not say this because I am not a teenager who smokes and drinks. I do not plan on it either.

Yes i have seen Full House and I love watching the show. I remember on the weekends I use to sit at home and watch the show and would not move till it went off. I was very shocked to hear that she was a drug user and a alcholic I never knew that until today watching the video. Her story does remind me of a lot of teenagers today. Many teenagers go out and try to find things that will make them feel better and get through whatever it is they may be going through whether its family problems or school problems. They usually turn to drinking or using drugs and sometimes later the find out that those are not the answers to their problems. I am very glad to hear that she recovered and get to tell her story to the public. Her story just might touch someone and change the way they live their life. It is also good that she has changed her her little baby girl.

I've seen Full House plenty of times. I use to like it a lot when I was younger. I was really surprised to hear that the girl that played Stephanie Tanner was an alcoholic and a drug user. I didn't think of her to be that kind of person, just because of how she acted on the show. I think there are a lot of teenagers today who have similar stories.

I have seen “Full House” before, and I enjoyed the show. I was not surprised that Stephanie Tanner was an alcoholic and drug user for numerous of reasons. One of the reasons is because you can’t always judge a book by its cover. I have come to a point in my life where I realized that even the best kids make the worse mistakes in life. The things that Stephanie did are just apart of life and some of us are strong enough to pull through them. Even the ones who aren’t I think they learn from their mistakes.

I used to love that show but it doesn't surprise me that she got into alcohol and heavy drugs. Almost every one in show business and music gets into things like that. They have the money and they deal with their problems that way. Teenagers today are so raped up in their own little world that they don't know how to deal with the real one so they defy their parents and think their lives are horrible. They go off and do everything they think everyone else is doing when in reality everyone doesn't. They see people on TV acting as suposedly "normal teens" in shows based in suposedly "normal schools" and so the teens think that they need to conform to that to be normal when they are perfectly normal already. That's why we have anerexic teens who think that they are fat and ugly and have to be just like that "sexy" popstar and the straight A student who gets a little stressed and decides to be "normal like everyone else" and dumbs themselves down to bearly passing to fit in when they were before. Sometimes it is caused by "peer presure" but not as often as people think. People don't like hearing the truth and so they blame it all on the kids themselves and not on the real influences. They send the perfectly fine kids to therapists and drug them up and tell them they have all kinds of depression and attention problems when they don't. All it is is that the poor kid is going through changes that they aren't used to and maybe getting bored in class. Someone has a bad morning and they automatically send them to the guidance office and tell them to not comit suicide. If they would just listen and quit telling us whats going on in our lives everything would be fine.
I use to love watching "Full House"; I just loved the Olson twins! It's shocking to think that the little Stephanie Tanner grew up to be an alcoholic and drug user. Though it's not shocking to see college TV stars get involved in such things. I think that she relates to many teens today because they are experimenting with drugs and alcohol just like she did. Teens are doing these things because they want to belong and fit in, the very same reason Stephanie Tanner began. I sure hope that the teens now will realize what Stephanie did. It's so much better to live the truth and be the true clean you.

I've seen "Full House" a lot, and I enjoyed watching it. I was extremely surprised that Stephanie Tanner was an alcoholic and drug user. I do think her story is similar to many teenagers' stories today because for some reason a lot of teenagers are getting into drugs and alcohol because they think it's cool or because they are in pain. Many teenagers are changing now especially the real young ones. It's crazy how children have changed dramatically and not for the best either.

I have seen the show "Full House" many times. I like the show when I was a kid but after I got older the show kind of got lame. Actually I kind of had the idea that the golden girl was a little off the image of "clean". It is kind of the image of teens nowadays but at the same time it's a lot different. That is because she has formed her ways by the pressure of have too go by the image she had on the show. James St. Peter
I have seen "Full House". Yes, I liked the show, it's pretty funny, but I don't watch it that much anymore. I didn't even know that she had drug problems until firht now. It doesn't surprise me because a lot of people who grow up in a rich atmosphere and being able to get what ever they want turn out like this. Yes, her story is similar to many teenagers, a lot of people go through this. I think a lot of people go through this to fit in and feel better about themselves, then others do it just for the trip.

I have seen “Full House”, I used to watch it all the time. I did and still do like “Full House”, I just like to watch to see Uncle Jessie. I wasn’t surprise to hear the Jodie Sweetin was an alcoholic because I had read about it in People’s magazine. I believe that her story is just the opposite of teenagers today. Jodie said that she started drugs to find herself, but many teenagers do drugs just to fit in. It’s a good thing that she’s clean of both alcohol and drugs, and I hope she stays that way not only for her but for her baby girl.

Yes,I love watching that show. I'm always into that show it's the best show I enjoy.I was very surprised by it big time. It just didn't seem like her at all. I feel teens are like that to when it comes to life. Teenager's are heading down the same road she was going down. I just feel that that don't have to be that choose now days. You can your ways but it will all was be in your pasted.

I have not seen "Full House". It is kinda weird that she played a character like that but still did drugs and stuff like that. I think that her story is not exactly similar to other teens stories because most teens do stuff like that for popularity or for other stupid reasons. She used drugs and alcohol because she was unsure of herself. I personally think that she made a really bad decision with the alcohol and drugs, the drugs especially.
I used to watch "Full House" all the time. I loved the show when I was younger. I have actually heard about her drug use before, but when I first heard about it I was really shocked. Many teenagers do go through drug use to try to fit in. They think because they do drugs, they fit in somewhere.

I think I've seen "Full House" once many years ago. I liked it, it was a great and very humorous show. It doesn't surprise me at all, because a lot of celebrities and music stars use drugs at least once in their lives. I do think her story is similar to many teens today. I mean, there's a lot of people you think are your friends then once they get involved and addicted to drugs, they completely let you down. A lot of teens today say they have problems and then they lean on drugs or alcohol to help them feel better. Their problems are still going to be there once they sober up, so there's no point in doing the stupid stuff. But that's just my opinion.
I have seen the show Full House. I do like the show. I was surprised to hear the Stephanie Turner was a alcoholic and a drug user. I do think her story is similar to many teenagers' stories today. Many teens start using drugs and alcohol basically for the same reasons she did.

I loved to watch "Full House" when I was younger but I have grown out of it now. In a way, I cannot believe she was an alcoholic and drug user, because she looks so innocent. Although any thing is possible and people say that, "the quiet ones are the worst." I do find her story to be very similar to other teenage situation. People can be introduced to things that they really go without ever knowing about. Personal I think it is a matter of having the power to say "no."

I love Full House! Its one of my favorite shows to watch. Yes, I was very surprised to hear that Stephanie Tanner was an alcholic/drug user. Yes, I do. I think that because this is something that you here teenagers doing alot but they get help and most of them want to change just like she did.-Cadeja Wilson
I love the show "Full House". I have watched a marathon of "Full House" that lasted like 2 hours one time. I was not surprised to hear that she was a drug addict because most child celebrities have some problems because they were never able to live normal childhoods and they feel like their lives were messed up. I think that her story is like some people's because sometimes people have trouble finding identity and they turn to drugs and alcohol to feel good about themselves. I am glad that Stephanie Tanner was able to clean up her life for the sake of her child.-Nick Powell╦╩Ä∙◙~6Vld♦♣♠○◘7☺☻♣6ö╕▐
Yes I have seen "Full House", it was a pretty cool show. I did like the show, it was pretty cool, and it was something to watch, but not the best show. Yes I was surprised actually, I heard she was a drug attic, but didn't really get involved or research it. Yes I think her story is much alike most teenagers now. It's just the culture the people provide these days and people don't try to stop it either. It's just crazy. I can't take the smell of smoke or alcohol, so I would definitely never do it!

I used to watch that show every day when I was younger. I loved the show, it was so family oriented and there was always a lesson to be learned. Yes I was surprised because she always seem to be a good girl. I think her story is a lot like many teenagers today because alot of kids who have always been good are suddenly doing bad things.
I have seen Full House and I loved the show! Yes I would have never thought she would be that type of girl. I guess it can happen to the best of us. I think it is. Teens nowadays start off with the small drugs and it usually turns into something worse.
-Summer Wilson
Yes, I used to watch Full House all the time; it was one of my favorites. I have heard this before, but when I first heard it, yes it shocked me but then again she probably was just rebelling against the reputation she didn't want to have. Yes, I think teenagers today rebel and do things that nobody would expect them to do. You hear a lot about police's children and doctor's children doing bad things just to prove they're not "goodie goods."
-Amber Bass
I use watch "Full House" all the time. I loved that show! My favorite character on that show is "Michelle" one of the Olson Twins. She was so adorable. Also, I was in love with "Jesse" who is John Stamos. I did not know that she was an alcoholic nor drug user! I was very appalled when this was being said. I do think that her story is similar to many teen girls because in my opinion us teenager girls have to deal with peer pressure sure as that!
