Bob McDonnell won the election. He was representing the Republican Party. Creigh Deeds ran against him. McDonnel has the correct approach to both taxes and transportation. Deeds offered a a political strategy rather than the state's most overwhelming challenge. I would vote for McDonnell because taxes need to be in control of.

Republican Bob McDonnell won the election against democrat Creigh Deeds with 59% to 41%. HB 3082 was approved in 2007 by large majorities in the Virginia House and Senate. This bill established a higher legal standard for government to intrude on an individual's religious freedom. McDonnell supported this bill, and Deeds opposed it. And I'm not sure who I would have voted for.

On November 3, 2009 Bob McDonnell is the projected winner as the Governor of Virginia. He was a Republican nominee and was also a former state Attorney General. The person who ran against Bob McDonnell is Creigh Deeds. Bob McDonnell said that he wanted to create more jobs and entrepreneurship opportunities. From my understanding Creigh Deeds wants to have change but I never heard him explain how he was going to make change. If I had voted yesterday I think that I would have voted for Creigh Deeds because he is for the Democratic party and I am a Democrat and we have a Democratic president.

Bob McDonnell was our dominant winner big time, and he was republican. Creigh Deeds was his opponent lost. Bob McDonnell stated, "Bob's Protection of 2nd Amendment Rights In The News", I like this very much. I don't really know what Creigh Deeds would do... I would have voted for Bob McDonnell. Bob Mcdonald won the 2009 gubernational election. He represented the republican party. Mcdonald promised to create more jobs. Thats a promise that I hope he plans to keep. I can vote, but I decided not to vote yesterday, I was very undecided for who to vote for. I listened to both candidates and I came to the conclusion that if they were to combine there views and became one candidate than I would of voted for them. If I had to vote for just one it would of been Bob Mcdonald because I believe he is a man who knows what this state need to get us up and working again.
